Summarising everything for myself:
- Include the city you are in, in your bio. Rather simple bio
- Choose 2 Main Themes your Instagram revolves around. Posts - Look Good and Natural. Captions should not be try hard at all. It should look like you don't take IG seriously.
- Live a good lifestyle 😂
And dont put the focus on your girl (most of the times) when you post; put focus on something else and she be in the back
And the more posts, the bigger the sample of your life, the more she can be lost in your profile, and experience and imagine what it would be like to be with you
And a huge one - if u end up on dating apps use the photos that actually get likes! That was a brilliant one.

How do we get photos woth us in them? Stop thr fun activity and ask my friend to take a photo of me, and. Try to coach him in even how to take good photos? Most people don't understand lighting or composition, and just snap a dumb photo.

Hi, let me first say that I love your videos and thank you for helping myself and others by putting this stuff out there. Its extremely valuable, not taught enough and very much appreciated.
That said, Id really like to see more examples of successful "normy" profiles; successful profiles crafted from an average life but worked in the right way. Nothing you've said or shown was wrong, but most of these profiles revolve around a theme of six pack abs, world travel, and nightlife with cute girls. And dogs. Cuz dogs are a girl hack. Its a great "final destination" for your life and profile. Problem is, there's no beginning or middle.
You'd help a lot more people by showing the "everyman" how to build a successful and attractive profile out of what he already has. In other words, show him what he should be working towards (this video is perfect) but in the meantime, here's what he can be doing NOW to be better at this where he IS.
Your strategy and tactics are gold, really it just comes down to examples:
-How do you make a normal life look sexier and more appealing?
-What do you do without all the pre-built advantages to get traction, and what does it look like?
You must know where you're GOING, but you can only ACT where you ARE.

i work at a fast-food restaurant and go to college part time studying for a degree i might not be intererested in anymore. how in the world do i make a good bio out of my boring life. i don't have much friends and i dont go out as much given the fact i can't think of any fun activities to do. Ok i go to the beach sometimes and maybe the movies... all alone. I plan on going back to the gym, i watch anime for fun, since i don't have a console i play mobile games, i occasionally go out to eat at different restaurants for fun.
Then I'd rather to not have an instagram. Because it exposes that your life is not that cool to join you. Girls look at this all the time. If your looks is really decent though - it's a totally different story.
I was in the same situation, and I started to think if that's the life I want to live. I wasn't happy with it and started to give my life a little bit of color. Started to paint (cheap watercolors), to play guitar, when my finance life got better I bought a pair of rollerskates and started to learn. Took some good photos travelling cheap to nearby towns on weekends by bus. Started calisthenics and everyday someone stops to talk to me about it. Planning to buy a pair of gym rings, and now I have plenty of content to post, just document your progress in anything you enjoy doing. This attracts like-minded people.

Great content man. How do you get Followers if you don't have a lot of friends? I travel enough to get a good number of interesting pics, but I don't know how to get Followers. I've been posting my pics here and there, but I still only got 50 Followers from doing that.

Start following people whos follow pages with same content as your page. They will found your account interresting
Forget IG and meet real humans. Even if you meet someone once you can exchange IG as form of contact if you really want followers. It is easy to get more than a couple hundread this way.
Unless you become super popular, even those interested in you won't follow. It's harder to get followers than friend invites
But why do you need followers? I prefer quality over quantity. Your account must not disclose everything about you. Less photos, less posts = more curiousity, more suspense
Another tip for guys, please don’t have or allow gay guys to post all over your comments especially if you are a straight man & is looking for a woman please don’t do this because it gives us women the wrong expression of you we might pass on your page if we see a bunch of gay men posting to you about how handsome you are etc it gives us the expression that you maybe into men instead of women lol 😂.

Not realistic for guys to have this kind of lifestyle. Who can be travelling all the time and doing extreme sports etc unless you're loaded? And I dunno about the "make it look natural" tip. Sure natural works, but so does having a photo studio and artificial lighting. There's a reason modelling is a thing. It only looks try hard if you're trying and it's not working.
