Hi, I remove the meat and vegetables because it’s easier to strain it through the mesh strainer. If you’re using this bone broth for soup you can cut up the meat and vegetables and add it back in. I drink this broth every morning on an empty stomach for it’s health benefits so I prefer it without any meat or vegetables. Thanks for watching my video.
