I followed all of the steps and see quite a few faces from this pack have changed and they're great! Should this change ALL of the faces? Thanks for the video!
I don’t know why but this is not working anymore in FM 24. Since they changed the IDs to “r-number”, it doesn’t work anymore, and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong (nothing actually, cause it’s a really simple process). I took a while adding “r-“ to every single file name and then created a new Config file several times, clear cache, reload skin… And it doesn’t work, any of the pictures are added into the game. I’m considering creating a new save but I really want to play in mine with all the new gens, but I can’t figure out how to make FM XL work again.

Scroll down and you will see some long numbers, they're the player IDs. Each line on the config should have the player ID listed twice but, if you're having the same issue as I did, the righthand side of the line says "0" instead of the real player ID. Just copy and paste the player ID from the left and on the right where it says "0" replace it with the player ID Once this is done save the file and close notepad. Clear cache in game and refresh skin. Done. This works. Just open the config and ensure each line repeats the player ID twice, instead of once and then 0. Please keep in mind your player ID probably starts "r-" followed by a number. I am copying and pasting this and sending to people who have struggled.

It worked fine for all my players, even tho im using another facepack, but when i tried to replace my manager, myself, it just blanked out. Theres no pictures there anymore. Anyone can help me with this one?
I have made it for one player but when I wanted to replace the picture for another player it doesn´t work, he told me I have got one XML file, more isn´t possible. Can you help me here?
@@EagleEye517 think this may only now work for fm24 as new gan manager has had an update you might need to download an earlier version of NewGan manager
@@trequinho Update: Yes! It worked! I downgraded it to 1.3 Newgan and it worked! I'm using the AI generated newgens. Also, what's your all time favourite team from England?
I see you have a face for yourself (Your manager). I see there is a staff file. I can't make it work for myself (My manager profile). I can make it work for the rest of the staff. Any clue why?
I have watched this 4 times and done it step by step pausing between each bit and at the moment I have tried it with my manage only but every time I clear cache and reload skin the face is not there its just blank. I don't know if its to do with when I copy and paste the image to my Tottenham folder I don't have a picture of the persons face like you do I have a white bit of paper folded in the top corner and some blue thing in the middle with the staff14 next to it.
Just remove the south east asian faces. Took a random sample of them, looked at quite a few number of them and they're East asians (korea, japan, china) and not people from ASEAN

I followed this, but for some reason it’s not working it was working when I used to do it in FM23

just leave .png after player id and it will work well

But i do the same steps with the first picture and its say config.xml file was found in this directory.do you want to overwrite it?.
For the second if i change the id you mast open again the fmxml?...or i only put the picture in my file in graphics?
