The ruling on Final Attack Orders says "monsters cannot change their battle positions" only refers to the manual changing of battle position. Tbf retailers don't make them, in fact the entire TCG section is handled by 3rd party vendors and don't ever touch inventory. If I had to guess these intermediaries get the right to distribute cards from Konami then buy random outdated pack lots and redistribute them. In fact I bought a 3 pack blister today that implied some of the cards might actually be used because it mentions buying from Konami or "secondary retailers". But yeah these distributors are absolutely selling scams and retail stores likely either don't know or care since it's not illegal and I'm sure makes them plenty of money. It would be funny if Larry popped out and said I don’t approve this investment 😂
Love the channel and Team APS!
Damn that Apkallone is from the structure deck, Target literally opened a structure deck and split it up
Tbf retailers don't make them, in fact the entire TCG section is handled by 3rd party vendors and don't ever touch inventory.
Source: I've been working at Target for 5 years
Its why they're sometimes referred to as "mystery packs" as in its kind of a mystery why people still buy them
Just had to order cards from Amazon since I cant get any in store. I'm really nervous about cards being missing from the packs
I don't even play TCG, but i love these videos.
