This is just all the sound tests of the upcoming 60% o-ring board video that's coming out this week. I figured I'd release this uncut version in case someone wanted to listen to all the recordings since the video that's coming out will be much shorter, will have voiceovers, and won't have all the sound tests. There were some errors with some portions of the sound tests (you'll see the "Media Offline" flash on the screen every now and then), but I figured I might as well release it as-is since I couldn't figure out what was happening in DaVinci Resolve (cache was cleared, clips were relinked/no issues with offline media until rendering). Hopefully it isn't too distracting. Again, my main focus was the upcoming "main" video, and this one is more raw and uncut, so after a few attempts at troubleshooting, I just figured I'd upload the vid anyways. Thanks for the sound test! Can you link a tutorial on how to show monkey type on the screen like that? I wanted to make some typing tests too and can’t figure out how to do it.
Hey, thanks for watching! Hmmm, let me look around and see. I basically record my monkeytype application using OBS, then use my editing software (DaVinci Resolve, the free version) to basically crop everything but the typing area and rotate it with the rotation tools (and zoom tools to modify the size)
@@tranmeister no problem! I couldn't find an actual video, but depending on what editing software you use, you "should" be able to overlay the OBS (or any other screen capture software) footage of your monkeytype typing onto the video of you actually typing so it shows up on a video
