Wow, your dedication to these videos is insane. Over an hour of sound tests is unheard of. I mean, other channels have done hour long typing videos, but it’s just one board, one mic, slow typing for an hour with very little editing. This is over an hour of edited typing with different configurations, mics, plus mods.
@@John_NYT Thanks Nigel! It's such a nice board that I wanted to give it its time in the spotlight. I know sound tests may not accurately portray what the board sounds like because we all have different setups, but hopefully some sort of comparative analysis can be done when looking at the same mics with different keycaps/switches! Sorry for the timestamps not working. I've only had this issue with this video and the other one that was about 2 hours whereas no other video has issues. I know it's not ideal to have the timestamps showing on the video itself
@@HubertTheMad no worries about the time stamps. I actually didn’t even notice. As long as the typing is its own section and the mods are their own section, I’m happy.
__________ DISCLAIMER Not every sound test will mimic what a keyboard sounds like in real life. I suggest listening to other sound tests and taking everything with a grain of salt. I am not a professional, my room is not sound-treated, and a lot of my boom arms are attached to the desk that I am typing on. I do not do sound tests to be as accurate as possible and portray what a board sounds like perfectly in real life. This is something I do for fun! I will continue to improve my sound tests with better lighting, video, and audio, but please do not take my videos as professional-grade or “how a keyboard with this config will sound like”.
