150g milk
2 scoops protein powder (1 flavored, 1 unflavored)
mix the 2 together then add:
100g fat-free greek yogurt
30g frozen fruit
mix and enjoy
@@pastywhiteboi any milk will be fine but I like going for skimmed milk (0.1% fat) as it is has a higher protein:calorie ratio 👍
Body can only absorb 20-30 gm protein at once
Need to give 1.5-2 hour break
