  • Welcome to another full body beginner yoga flow ideal for your rest days. This class will make you work but is very accessible for beginner level yogis. Since it is a longer class you get the chance to really dive in deep and enjoy the practice, your body and breath. All you need is a mat, if you have props and bolsters use those too - never hearts to have them close by. We use this practice to strengthen and lengthen the body so that energy can flow freely, by using the breath we activate more energy flow in the body to boost your immune system and make you feel good.

    Just want to say thanks so much. I'm 5 days into 75 day hard challenge and doing 2x 45 minute workouts per day as part of the challenge. So far I have been riding mountain bikes daily, basketball, walking, jogging, and weights. I have always wanted to try yoga and it was always "i'll get into it one day". I have started to become interest in body mobility and breathwork. I typed in "45 minute begginer yoga and breathwork routine" and your video popped up. Proud to say I just did my first session of yoga and loved it. What great active recovery. Subscribed and I will be back! Thankyou!

    Two and a half months into my Yoga Practice and this class was a perfect movement from 25 minutes to 45 minutes. I touched the ground for the first time in one of the poses!

    I've always been a high intensity kind of person. I'm also a physio. I've had covid and it's been a slow recovery. I've had to change my approach to exercise and self care as a result. I love your channel. So much positivity and meaning whilst moving. And I could also feel a huge difference in my tight hips after a week. You guys are awesome thank you!     The best yoga video for me, ive been practising this for 4 months now, recently, because of my job i also feel some lower back pain, this helps me to get rid of it, also its a perfect mix of meditation, awareness and mobility, 3 things which are very important to keep my soul in connection with my body.     So glad I found this video, this was my first yoga experience where I actually followed instructions and not just trying positions for stretching. It was extremely difficult from the start for me. I’ve had multiple motorcycle accidents throughout the years and I’ve never felt this good after a stretch session. I only made it to the 26 minute mark but I am determined to complete this whole video. Thank you so much for sharing this and will definitely look into your wrist exercise video!

    Thank you. I had the most comfortable down dog in my life!!!!!!! I cannot believe it. How much a difference your instructions make. - I also did this video just after having swum in a very hot pool (35*), body temperature, and very weirdly I felt how much my mother loves me. I felt like a baby and I felt - was certain - of my mother’s love. Then showered, breastfed my baby after showering with him, and left him sleep on my arm after breastfeeding. Then I left and I did this. I feel new. It feels inexplicably well. I am new to yoga now. -
    I had been practicing for five years, but I feel am new to yoga now. I simply am - it’s not even a feeling. - Thanks Flo for the difference you make.

    Today, I learned that focusing on the breath also involves breathing INTO the pose. It feels so different when you let the energy flow from the nose and right into the engaged muscles. Thank you so much for this practice.

    hi..im new to yoga and i find most of your videos very helpful...since im not a gym goer and i prefer stretching exercises most of the time.....your program fits my bill ..i enjoy every bit of your yoga videos and i have been doing yoga with you guys for over a month now..i started with your basic program and happily progressing to more challenging one...but whenever my body cant keep up ..i go back to your basic videos like this one...i hope you continue to inspire more since its been a challenging year for all of us...and more blessings to both of you..and again thank you ..

    Great video! I've been doing this for about a month now and have improved greatly but I still love these beginner videos because it gives me chance to practice focusing on my breathe and relaxing into some of these more basic moves.

    Thanks dude. I'm 57,been practising a few styles of yoga just under ten years, I do pilates and work out with weights too. I tell you this because I just did this beginners class and really enjoyed it. Every pose has its moment and being a hero or doing more complicated stuff isn't always what it's about.     Thank you - absolutely, amazing class. To anyone reading this with any doubt thinking, "can I", "should I" ... or, "will I hurt myself' ... I am 39 years and never practiced before - go for it. I gym and cycle regularly but stretching and yoga as never been my I thing, although I always wanted to start. In essence - give it a go and enjoy.

    Wow! I have had an on and off again practice for 15 years. I really wanted a nice practice tonight and typed 'yoga and breath' into the search bar, this class came up. It is a beginner class so if its your first go at it, you are actually getting an accurate example of yoga asana. Actually even with experience it is perfect to practice like a beginner and tune into all of the parts without extending into the next position. I got a great full body stretch and strengthen without overdoing it and feel so calm and relaxed now. The teachers energy, voice and tone is very soothing, cues are clear. If this is your first class ever or you've lost count, you chose right. Breathe and Flow channel is a gem. Subscribed!

    Hey Flo...thank you for the fun class. I appreciated your story of what brought you to yoga. My spinal surgery wreaked havoc with my yoga practice. But, with your and Bre's excellent classes I am coming back way more that I thought possible..
