I’ve just started the 75 Hard challenge and one of my goals was to get into Yoga and this video is amazing. Even though it was a beginners I was able to close my eyes the entire video and just let your voice guide me, even stayed on the floor for an extra 10 minutes after the videos ended. Will definitely be doing this one again
@@aboutthefit7191 good luck with the challenge, I'm on day 33 and I keep coming back to this video as it's a really good stretch after a long day at work x
I’m doing #75hard for the second time. The first time I did it, I noted that I didn’t have enough time in the morning to drive to the gym, workout for 45 minutes, drive home, shower and get ready for work. So I looked up 45 minute Yoga for beginners. I have been alternating between this video and Flo’s beginner vinyasa yoga class. Perfect for a beginner like me. Thank you for this!
Been doing this every other day now for three weeks. I feel so much better. 75-80% of my knee pain is gone and way more movement in my hips !!!! I can squat for about 8-10 seconds😂. BUT i couldn’t even get into squat when i started
Hearing pain is real but suffering is optional hit hard. Your videos and practicing to them is opening my life at 58 in ways I’d not imagined. My prayers are being answered. 🙏🏾
I’m a five time Ironman when i was young (21). Im 58 now and this is the best yoga routine I’ve ever done. Just did my second round of this. I get a ton of pain relief from a hip injury. I’ve never had any yogi say anything about body movement by torso size etc.
I'm on Day 10 of the 75 Hard. Yoga is a goal of mine but I could never stick with it. Today, this was exactly what I needed! Thank you! I feel like I can keep practicing this! 😌
I started implementing yoga into my daily self care. My local classes are a bit too expensive, so I started looking into yoga videos on youtube. I just want to say thank you to this yogi. That 45 minutes felt like 10, and I felt such a profound sense of relief that at the end of this session I found myself completely balling my eyes out. I have a lot of stored trauma, and this session felt healing. Thank you.
So, I’m in day 3 of 75hard and I focus one of my workouts on yoga, and I am very much the beginner. I started crying during the last pose, I thought something was wrong with me, but I looked it up and read that it’s common and a good thing, a good release and knowing more of yourself. Thanks so much for this vid, definitely hit something deep down.
I'm here, 2024, 75Hard, 3rd day. Just started. Tired. Sore. Peeing out by the gallons! But I'm here! Never thought I would be so rejuvenated. I have done yoga before and I didn't like it. For me, my muscles are tight because I sit alot, I also have a torn rotator I tore some years back that still gives me issues. But THIS SESSION HERE! it is oh my recovery Playlist. I didn't know i needed it until I did this. I actually fell asleep, didn't realize the video ended until my 3yo boy bounced off the couch onto my chest! Be OK with what IS right? Hahaha, motherhood is madness sometimes! Thank you! ❤
Thank you so much for this video! I have been practicing yoga intermittently for about 6 years. It am seeking to find a regular practice and I believe this is a great start for me!
Even though this was a Beginner-friendly flow, I really enjoyed this gentle practice. My body feels tired today and wanted something gentle and slow, which is how I discovered this gem of a class. Thank you so much for your soothing guidance and also for telling us more about the poses (fe. Malasana, which is such an interesting fact). 💖
through this video, you, your words, and your calming, supportive, and beautiful energy have all been my companion for the past 16 days. Every day I have joined with you in this practice and learned so much about myself and how integral yoga will be on my journey to healing and self-acceptance. i appreciate you more than words can express. i hope to look back on this video in a few years to see how far i’ve come, but presently, i am enjoying my time in this slice of the internet with you. thank you. namaste 💓
Thank you. I am 58 years old and suffer chronic pain from a lifetime of professional dance, cocktailing in Vegas, and then sitting for almost three years as I earned my Bachelor's degree in nursing. 2023 I plan to figure out how to save my body. Meanwhile I joined the gym and do some type of yoga at home daily. I cry a lot but after your class today I felt renewed. I've traveled to Thailand and could imagine myself there with you today.
Just love your classes Bre! Very good instruction, easy to follow when I can't see the screen during a pose; so thank you! I am 57 years young and practice several times weekly for past few years. I feel better and younger than ever in my life. My beautiful 17 year old daughter now practices daily too. It has helped us through some tough times. Breathe and Flow rocks!
I came here because I am day 2 of the 75 hard challenge and am sore from my two workouts yesterday. I am so encouraged to see that so many others had the same idea!!!!!!
I am in a hotel quarantine and i have always wanted to try yoga for my back, thankyou! , i thouroughly enjoyed trying the gentle beginers yoga, i feel brilliant and my back feels such release. Your teaching methods are easy to follow, i like one of the descriptions at the startwhich was toenail polish side down that was a great way to comprehend where to put the feet. Beautiful setting as well!
I’ve been using this as my Sunday morning workout for 75 Hard to help my body reset and recover from the stress I’m putting on it. I absolutely love it. It’s gentle but still a little workout! Thank you for the great practice!
Phase 3 of 75 hard. still using this routine !!! It’s almost been a year now. I’m down 35 lbs and feel so much better can get into the squat position with no help. I’m 58 and I work construction and this has helped me so much through injuries as a young man:
This was beautiful✨. I would love to see more of 45 minute classes with varying levels of difficulty. Your voice is very soothing and it calms me down. Thank you for posting this yoga sequence, I absolutely loved it. 😍
I want to thank you for making these videos, I've done this each day for 25 days in a row as part of doing the 75 Hard Challenge and I'm seeing amazing results in flexibility. Thank you again for sharing and keep it up!
I had not follow this class since last year and came back to it while jumping form one calendar to the other deepending on my mood and energy. Funny how tonight it almost felt like a yin session. I enjoyed it a great deal. Thank you for producing excellent content. Love and gratitude.
I loveeeed this class and am that you had to say. Definitely one of my favorites! Most yoga classes are so predictable and my mind already knows what to expect in the next pose that it’s hard to remain in the moment. Thank you for the gentle reminder and for keeping the poses so unpredictable! Loved this so much
You guys have been such a big part of my day over the past five months. We had severe lockdown restrictions here in Victoria Australia. Thank you so much, I love your classes and look forward to them every day ❤️🙏
By far my favourite class yet! As someone who suffers with tight hips and back pain, these poses were just what I needed. Thank you so much. Namaste 🙏🤍💞
Thank you so much for this! I started Yoga 4 years ago. Never went to classes and didn't watch videos. I wanted to get to know my body, mind and physics on my own. This video here is the first one I ever watched completely and I even did the practice with you. I learned so much, saw how much I achieved on my own and found new parts to work on. And I love your energy, words and vibe. BIG UP, you are amazing!
This was wonderful! Thank you so much. After a couple of years practicing yoga I find more and more beauty in the simple poses and slower movements. Every pose has so much to offer and so many ways you can explore them.
I've been trying out different yoga videos these past few days and this is by faaar the best! I'm doing this sequence again today, and I'll definitely try out your beginners yoga program soon. Thank you so much!
this was a perfect level of challenge for my body as someone who hasn't done yoga for years and hasn't done my usual physical activity (ballroom dance) since we got locked down in march, and a perfect level of non-challenge mentally as all the poses were simple to follow. thank you for this video!
The vibe that you both transmit are so good. So calm and earth to earth ....Hope we can meet one day Your videos make my day, i practice 2 times a day and your sequences help me a lot. Thanks for your work to the yogi community! I wanted to know a little bit much about your nutrition, you talked about fasting in one of your videos... If your have time one day... Hope the best for you two. Hugs from the French Alps.
thank you for doing our videos! we will be putting a video on that topic out some time very soon, thanks for being interested. we will be in austria in october to teach a retreat, does not seem far from you... ✌️
Great class! Been out of practice for 2 months due to an ankle injury and this was such a nice way to get back to it. I did frog pose instead of squats for my ankle :)
Some of the poses were hard for me! But I’m very new to yoga and this was soooo relaxing. Thank you, can’t wait to open my body up more with your videos.
I love you videos so much!!! Your voice is calm and relaxing. I've been doing yoga every day for the past 7 weeks and ever since I found this video ~2 weeks ago it has been one of my favorites and I even convinced my boyfriend to try it. I can't wait to try some of your other videos. Just wanted to let you know that you're doing a good job and we are all very thankful for this channel
I could stare at this house endlessly, so beautiful 💚 I did this practice so many times in the past and yesterday i tried going back to yoga and in result i woke up with strong pain in one side of my hips (joint). Perhaps because something was clicking in my joint during one exercise (38min) 😶
How are you all doing out there? Staying at home? ❤️✌️
Staying sane for now lol. Under lock-down for a couple of weeks now. Trying to use my time wisely.
we're all in this together, keep up the practice - so important these days ✌️
Staying home. Keeping busy with yoga, meditation, journaling, etc etc...♥️🦋🙏😇. I hope you both are doing well. Blessings♥️🙏
Glad to see that there are many other 75 Hard participants choosing to try out this yoga and not just me!
I’m doing the challenge too!! WE GOT IT!! I’m on day 7, good luck to you!! Keep pushing! Proud of you for choosing yourself! 💪🏾✊🏾👏🏾
