I own 2 subies… a 2022 forester sport and one the the best sedan I’ve ever driven a 2020 Legacy XT … sad to see it go away but an STI version should have been the final version of this iconic car
I’ve enjoyed several subies through the years, the legacy being one of them. Sad to see it go away. The American fascination with crossover and suv type vehicle is continuing to expand, so, as sales of cars decline, I see why this is a gonna. I consider the eyesight safety system to be superior. It actually saved me from serious injury once. Great revue.
Hey Mike! Great review. Love! Love! Love the Legacy!! My first Subaru was a a 2005 Legacy 2.5 GT. Loved that car! To this day I regret selling it. Got to get one of these Sports before they’re gone! So sad Subaru will no longer be making this excellent AWD sedan.
Thing is beautiful. Crystal Black. I think some custom dual silver pin stripes to add personal touch. Extending from point on front fender to small scroll flourishes on rear fenders. Head rests are completely adjustable and removable in rear for visibility if desired. Weather Tech mats available for front for excellent protection and muddy conditions.
I got the 2025 Touring XT. Great car, the Sport is probably better for power and all that, im not sure by how much tho. Take off speed kind of lags, idk if it's the turbo or the CVT or the 277 lbs torque not kicking in til 2k rpm's, but after about 30-40mph the power is really good. The Sport might be better.
Thanks for watching and the feedback. Much appreciated. Could be a little turbo lag, I noticed that a little bit off the line, but it cleared up with a little more gas.
@@chabbysrides it definitely moves once it gets going, i was just trying to describe it for people in the best way i could because it is noticeable. It's a fabulous car tho! It took me a while to find the Touring XT i wanted, the dealerships haven't been getting a lot of them in. I actually settled for a color combo i didn't originally want but it grew on me quickly and i bought it quick lol. Good luck on the rest of your reviews!
@@jsn6902 it was 40k and then with tax, title, i got extended warranty and a service plan, it was about 46k out the door. I don’t know how plentiful they are around you, but you might be able to get a slightly better price.

Thanks! Agree. People are buying SUV’s and crossovers. Too bad. I’ve always loved the Legacy.

Agreed. I’ve owned two. But after this year, Subaru is out of the midsize sedan market.

I’d love to, but the Mazda dealers near me don’t allowing filming of their cars.

@RoBDeeZL42 Thanks and Congratulations on the new ride!
@@RoBDeeZL42 How much was it? I'm very close to getting one myself, but the price has me stalled. Still thinking about the Sport.
