I'm pretty sure you should probably make like like a giant basically like a giant overpowered almost impossible to complete to defeat I mean and destructive no maybe you could even have like a no back down the Golden Age of boxing like you know like a memory stage
I was going to say that :D I think it should start at the end of the last fight by him congratulating the player for beating "all" the bosses and then suddenly start beating up the player.
For the astronaut fight, it could be cool if the arena was within a large moon crater. This way the characters would be contained without needing the ropes.
I feel like the final boss being mysterious at first, but then when you beat them, they will show themselves as the coach guide guy, would be really cool.
It would be fun if the "skill-check-boss" was set in a big stadium with a lot of fireworks and things like that (considering that he is supposed to be a world champion)
The final boss could be a streetfight, a crowd surrounds the fight, making the arena very tight and the opponent can slip in and out of the crowd to attack you from unexpected angles, he could be hard to find but still followable in the crowd.
Id love love to see the marionette being pulled into the darkness (like away from the player (while laughing would be terrifying)) and then appear from the right, left or behind the player to sort of jump scare them in a way. As for the final boss, I’d see the tutorial guy being all trained up and ready for his revenge. 🙂 I was gonna say a Rocky boss at first, but Murrican makes me think of him a lot already ahahah.
This is a great idea! Maybe you can punish the sudden spinning punch with a well timed jab before it's attack connects, giving you a window to do damage?
I'm not even a little. Since the first few videos on PaB I been sold. Im 36 grew up w Super Punch Out, Fight Night, Ready 2 Rumble, the UFC games I love combat sports. This looked like something I wanted to play immediately its silly but fluid and kinetic. Its come such a long way.
@@evananimates32471.its not a low poly game? infact my computer could barely even run the game because the boxers alone have like 3000 polys 2.cosmetics should be free and you should earn them by doing tasks instead of using you're mommys credit card. 3.seriusly? jeez you people buy coffe thats gonna be more expensive then this game man 4.admit it, you're only saying ponty should add cosmetic items because you are not going to buy him to support him, you just want games for free and see no value in it.
What if you could unlock a secret boss by punching the old guy in the tutorial? Then he would start beating you up in a way that only really advanced players could counter. Although I think for a final boss you should mess around with size, that would be a really cool way to go about it
so for the astronaut level, you could have the corners of the ring as wrecked parts of a spaceship and then have the ropes be red, black, and yellow wires of the spacecraft.
Bro I loved 12:20 with the gravity it looked so funny. The small moon idea is so good because it’s so different from the rest of the game, that players would definitely not forget it.
For the puppet special attack, there could be a music box melody that plays and when it stops, it means that the puppet will reappear and uppercut you.
It would be pretty fun if some bosses gave you a small upgrade, like if hurrican gave you his gloves for slightly faster punches, etc. It would be sick, and maybe if u complete the game you can start again with every boss made harder and receive upgrades that are slightly better than on your last playthrough (like u would receive hurricans gloves on your first playthrough for extra 3% speed, and then extra 5% speed on your second playthrough) it would give some replayability, the game is looking incredible so far! Keep it up!
The astronaut could fly in on a giant rocket and then moon jump down to the ring. The Viking could sail in on a wooden ship with a dragon carved into the front etc!
you should add entrances for all your bossses, the astronaut could come out of a rocket, the monk could simply be floating in meditation, and wehn you arrive he stops etc.
I think that a great idea for the final boss would be you! Aka the game crater. The ability’s could be something like “you” the boss changing the rules or the way the game works mid fight, things like deactivating one of the players arms, making the player slow etc…
It would ve really cool to see the final boss be a puppeteer. It would play a small cut-seen of the previous fighters all laying on the ground ko'd, and then a hand pick them up and add strings to them. After that it would be the dark room but the tiles are cracked, and you would fight all of the bosses from the rest of the game but with less health and a few tweaks to make the attacks stronger. After defeating all of those you would see a cut-seen of a large old man (the one from the tutorial) put his hand onto the table in a stick figure form that would use the ring and middle finger as legs and the index and pinky as fists. It would have a special attack which is a thump. After you beat the hand, the old man would give you the winner's belt (or trophy whatever). P.S. This took a long time to type and I would appreciate if you liked this so he can see it.
The Dummy. The Perfect Boxer. A Blender Character who is being edited during the fight to have different abilities at random times during the fight like the Astronauts lasers for example. The animations will also keep looping like the 3rd person character is making the animations step by step this could also work for the music as well where, you can hear someone talking or listening to the music and making changes.
I think for the final boss of the game, it should be the boss from the start of the game, but even better. There could be a bit of a cutscene where he says he improved since his last fight, and he’s going to win this one. After that, I think he should have a final stage where he gets really angry and grows 2 times his size, as kind of a final challenge. Anyway, great videos bro, I’m really enjoying the series and I’ll definitely be playing it when it comes out.
Tip for making the moon scenario easier: don’t try to have the players orbit, but rotate the environment! This way gravity doesn’t change in the game but the illusion is there :)
The final boss could be a mirror of the player character, with the 'stats' of Hurrican and the ability to temporarily turn into other bosses to use their special attacks.
I know I’m late, and it’s probably long done, but the last boss would be cool to be like a skull pirate, it’s a skeleton with a pirate costume that has a green glow on it like the Flying Dutchman, and it could have like an animation of him arriving on his ship and instead of the usual punch your way to victory, there’s stages. First stage, you hit cannonballs back at the ship as it floats in the air, then the same thing but instead of cannonballs you hit weak pirates back at the ship which makes it sink, and then when you think you won the dutchman rises from the water to attack you. He’s very fast, but throws out a lot of blockable attacks. Even tho he throws out a lot of blockable attacks, he has very short stun. He also has 3 special abilities- 1. He shoots you with his gun (locks on for like 2 seconds, then stops where the lock on last was for a second then shoots), 2. he summons 2 cannonballs that shoot at you, 3. he flies into the sky and summons 2 minions and all the while he heals, u have to kill the minions and throw them at him for him to return to the raft (btw u have to manually use a pick up button on the enemies to throw them at him during this stage and the boat stage). Once he’s defeated, you’ll get the Dutchman Badge (maybe not as the final boss but prob as a secret enemy)
For the marionette I think you should make it so when he spins his strings get caught up in each other, and then it spins the other way really fast to untangle the strings, as it makes the string idea more realistic
What you could do instead of proper gravity for the astronaut’s stage is give the boss a really powerful attack that it fires at the player whenever it gets launched in orbit. Maybe like a ton of rockets. That way, the player would have to balance dealing damage while also not being too tough and knocking the boss off the stage.
Id love to see an "Oni" from Japanese Mythology With the ability to enter a rage mode or Executing you when either the fight goes on for too long or you Get hit too often resulting in less room for Error, The oni Being an ogre in a fantasy sense would also fit the 4 Arm attacks like another comment mentioned
How 'bout a boss who's a "slot machine", and periodically (or after being hit) he gives himself a spin, and whatever comes up on the slots dictates his strategy and stats. This way you can have a difficult boss that players can't just memorize the rhythm to, because he keeps on changing. As a bonus, whenever he gets a jackpot, his next punch is an instant KO if it lands.
For the final boss, it could be a mafia boss who spawns two members behind him to attack you. It'll be easy until the boss reaches a certain health, which is when a limo would fall on him and the true mafia leader would step out. Perhaps the boss can have a gun to shoot and some members coming up to the ring for support. Feel free to use parts of the concept if you like :)
The totorial guy, who, as the fight progresses will slowly unleash its “true” godlike form. Perhaps a phase where it switches between all the fighters skins and attacks would be cool too. If you want to use this idea feel free to make any changes or take any creative liberties you would like.
Ponty. With the the astronaut. The way you orbitted around the moon is actually already a really cool mechanic. If you orbit back up the they don't need to stay on the moon and maybe the astronaut can even have a special attack for as he comes back from orbiting.
I think it is a better idea that the astronaut has the special move of going around the moon in orbit, hence gaining momentum, and then punches after he comes around with more force. Maybe the player can do that too. I think it is much better than lasers and rockets.
A few ideas for the final boss 1. The old man 2.it’s Toby and he’s been trained by the old man maybe it’s a tag team who knows 3. It’s a mysterious boxer, after most fights you complete you get a newspaper article explaining that you beat that boxer, but off to the side it teases the world champ and he’s you opponent 3. It’s pontyTank 4. It’s the child who’s been playing with you 5. It’s, its, A GIANT TOUCAN cuz y not Will there be a rush mode where you fight all of them back to back Also please release this game on PS
@JustADog Uh for the idea of an ogre as the final boss is pretty ok but for other things, I think there are too many contents for just 1 boss(even though it's the final boss) and it's too overpowered with those statuses.
Maybe a little option to have the ropes in the Astronaut boss would be a good idea since then you could choose if you want to stay in a area or if you wanna have fun with the chaos of the orbit
Every time you beat a boss, you'll see a mysterious character stealing their special attack. Final Boss is the mysterious character who stole every boss's special attack. So you'll pretty much face every boss all in one and not know what is coming. (With the addition of their special attack) Just like Shang Tsung in Mortal KombaT
I thought of something like this for a punch-out game. Cult Kent would be this guy who kidnaps others throughout the game, teaches them skills they may seek to know, in exchange for knowledge on their own specials. Then, just before the final boss, he comes to fight you. Having a varied move set and his own special attacks which enticed those he made join his cult, and having every special move of the prior opponents, Kent would surely be a formidable force.
“It’s bound by the same limitations as the player, so it’s a fair fight…” (*The astronaut after using his laser attack and rockets for the 8th time*) “KNEEL BEFORE ME, EARTH SCUM.”
I feel like after you finish the story you should be able to do PvP. It will allow players to have more fun after the campaign and each boss power is an ability each player can use to really make it come together nicely. This will allow players to be able to have some fun instead of deleting the game right after they finish it.
Welp if they add some cool fun achievements that you could do to keep the player interested even after besting the entire game in all difficulties,it could certainly make up for the lack of online multiplayer
@@oblongLogin I'm thinking something like DbD but not broken, where if you go to random matchups it would try to find players at your skill level based off of your accomplishments in the game
Hear me out with this final boss. The arena will be a big factory that makes a bunch of robots on conveyors. The mad scientist boss is a scientist inside a robot watching over the arena, there will be 2 phases, mini robots will come from conveyors (with low stats of course) when you defeat 15-25 of them the scientist will jump into the arena and fight you. Enter, the second phase. The scientist's design is kind of like a cyborg, which would make his stats maxed out, any ideas for a special I'll let you decide because you created the game. If you add this it will make me very happy, and I honestly think he would work as a final boss pretty well.
I think a dj rhythm based boos would be sick for the finale boss like an extremely hard boss but if u get the rhythm right it is a bit easier and then the final boss is unique and memorable
Perhaps a solution to the astronaut boss without having a ring is that instead an asteroid would come and hit the player that is out so that it bounces back to the ring, sort of like a perpendicular motion from the player's perspective, tied directly to the camera and movement of the player, building the hitbox triggering it as a large cilinder around the planet, I feel like it would add an interesting and somewhat memorable mechanic to the game, plus a little bit more challenge for the boss, with some pretty interesting strats to beat it also.
there should be a merchant were you can buy and sell things, he uses the strongest items you didn't buy and the strongest items you sold to him, if you didn't sell everything or you bought everything, that he was selling, than he steals the best items you aren't using, gloves, hats, pants, and shirts, you can sometimes get items randomly throughout the matches, and with some of the items you would get small allies, give you a special ability, or buff one of your stats.
what if the astronaut could hop around the ring? it would be pretty fitting for a moon stage, as the gravity is lower there. not sure what the advantage he'd have from doing it would be though
i found the original astronaut idea really funny, and it could be pretty cool if you dealt more damage when zooming through the air than just landing a regular punch
WE GOT ROPES! Seriously, it's little details like that that separates a good game from a great game! Glad it was figured out. I realize a lot about creating the game has probably be frustrating, but I hope you've enjoyed the journey as well.
I just watched (as of 9:28am 03/8/23) Buttersnips beat this game and all I can say is THIS GAME LOOKS FUN ASF! After reading the comment section here some of the subscribers got their wishes added in too. But I won't spoil it for them 👌🤗🤭. But I will say if a big game Dev wants to pick this up as long as they stay true to your vision, with the financial backing on this and even more development this game would be super dope! But I don't think that's something Ponty was actually looking to shoot for in the end. All in all, this is a very dope game! Congrats to you Ponty for creating this game!
Evil AI. An all white boxer, with a single camera as an "eye". It can mimic one special ability from any boss at random, and for its own special, it can bug (reverse) your controls momentarily.
I like the idea of a bossfight based around a creepy necromancer who would pick a random boss from each of the previous tiers, make a zombie-looking version, arrange them in order of difficulty and make you fight them one after the other, no deaths. This would make an element of unpredictability so that you can’t properly master the boss without mastering the game. The resurrected bosses would all be fought in a ritual-type ring, and at the end you get the fight this guy who has spell-based attacks
For the final boss might I suggest: *The Drowned* A huge amorphous blob animating an old school diving suit who would occasionally split into smaller forms with the A.I of various bosses, It could either split into 2 pro league bosses, 3 intermediate bosses, or 4 amateur bosses, and quickly unleash a flurry of special attacks before reforming as a massive blob once more. I imagine it could also separate into ainvulnerable smog to either run away from you or instantly approach you, and it could also sink into the floor and maybe unleash it's own special attack. I imagine the boss would take place either in the deep ocean with fish darting around the background and occasionally the foreground.
For the special attacks for the puppet, for that spin attack, you should have it spin the other way so the strings don’t get tangled. I was also thinking maybe the puppeteer could bring their hand in from off stage to attack instead of a teleporting attack which doesn’t make too much sense with a puppet
I've seen a lot of comments about having the training guy be the final boss - back for a *real* fight. What if you incorporated that idea with some sort of comeback system? My head canon was as the fight progressed or as rounds accumulated (if you went for a boxing "3 downs" system) they would begin incorporating different techniques the player has seen before, a sort of last hurrah to show they haven't given up quite yet. Maybe signify each phase with them performing a flash knockdown? (In boxing, when your glove hits the mat you're technically "down." This can be used to INTENTIONALLY down yourself to recuperate and strategize within the 10-count, and it would be cool to see the final boss utilize advanced boxing techniques such as this. I would recommend their next-to-last down be a traditional down, however, to mislead the player into thinking "That one's clean!" Only for the boss to gather their last breath and rise once more.)
What if one of them were three Wrestlers in a trench coat, so it’s like if he got he gets shorter the more he gets beaten! Him being tall could also make it so you had to watch what he is doing from a distance! (They could also wobble around as he walks.)
Maybe the final boss is you, the coder? At the start of the fight he gets up from the computer with a screenshot of the game on it. He can create spectral versions of some of the enemies to do their attacks and disappear as he waits behind the rope, and even have an attack where he codes the game to pull you in to hit you with a heavy right hook
yes, give him a few super cool punch barrages, or dash punches and viola, make him like the skill check guy but some basic but intersting speacial moves.
I think that the final boss should be a boxer that matches the clothing and looks of the player. And has an AI that learns your patterns and uses them against you. This might be way too hard to make but I think thematically it would be super cool, as well as really hard.
I think It should be an underwater boss. Like a fish-man with a trident. Abilities: 1-He throws the trident at you fast, and if you get in the way of the trident while the Fish-Man pulls it back, you'll get some damage. 2-He calls his pet shark which comes from underground and tries to eat you. 3-He calls a small piranha herd that will attack you if you aren't blocked. These are my ideas. Hope you see it.
What if there was a story mode, and the puppeteer is the secret boss in the story mode. I think that would fit because the puppet boss is as big as the player, so the puppeteer probably is huge, I don’t think that’s logic so that’s why i’m thinking about a story mode
Fighter ideas: - Old tutorial guy (the camera could have like an old recording effect) - A thumb (thumb war) - Sasquatch or yeti - an octopus or alien (it could have multiple gloves so it punches more) - A ninja - A stretch Armstrong toy (the fight could take place in a toy box) As for attacks a very cool idea would be that the final boss could have a one shot k.o ability where if you don’t block it or dodge you loose instantly. Another thing would be some camera alteration attacks (like smoke bomb or flashbang)
@@GamerTimeNinja i had this exact comment some shadowy figure copying exactly what you to but a tiny tiny tiny bit slower so if yo upunch it does it a tiny bit slower so you can react
I would love a genetically made boss that is a big mashup of every boss and he could use special moves from all the other bosses, he would have 4 different phases, one with all the attacks from the first line of bosses, one with the second, one with the ones from the last and finally one chaotic with all of them. you could special do the attacks from the first to rows of bosses harder to fit the challenge of the final boss. The arena would be in a lab with all of the past champions in tubes. Just ideas use what you want. Love your game and your content. Peace
The final boss is… You. It will use the attacks you use the most and it will look like your character. The super attack for it is the attack that the boss you took the longest to beat uses. But it will have a faster cooldown from the attack. And it will have to look a bit different than your character of course… + (As a bonus): You can add that it has little minions with less health than normal that attack when the boss is at low health.
I really hope we see win and lose animations added as well. Something unique for every character like the wrestler holding a belt or the thief flaunting a coin purse or something when you lose. I think it'd make for a fun suggestion that adds to the friendly rivalry feel that a lot of real-life boxers go for.
To make your final boss stand out, you can add phases to the fight For example So, at the start it would be like a regular fight, you can add some kind of a special ability to it Then, boss can duplicate himself, so now you have to fight 2 guys at a time And after that, Imagine him becoming enormous, going beyond the arena and putting it in the sky Now you can deal the damage only after he does a certain attack (or after him becoming tired and putting his head on the ground which can also work as a stagger)
All I can think of is Mr. Sandman or Mike Tyson from Punch Out. How all other boxers relied on some OP, illogical technique, while those two were the champions not because of their OP moves or abilities, but by being the best boxers.
for the puppet boss, i REALLY like the idea of there being big legs in the backround, suggesting theres a giant controlling the boss, and then like certain foot movements would indicate some attacks or sm
Final boss idea: Ponty himself (or generic programmer/hacker) Special abilities such as modifying the game to his advantage, stuff like teleporting or overpowered punches, a drawback could be that he may not be that tanky or strong. Still I think a game modifying final boss is a nice idea
does that give the boss a more of an advantage ver the player because then it wont have the same restrictions. ponty wanted it to be a fair fight he said it in the vid
Maybe they could also have some unique way of entering the ring? Like the Wrestler could have an over the top fireworks entrance and the astronaut could fly in with a Jetpack
Imagine if there was a secret boss that’s an homage to One Punch Man who can literally kill you with one punch, as an ultimate hidden challenge of sorts
hey Ponty, big fan of you and the game, I followed the development and I've played a ton of Punch a Bunch and as a novice dev I come back to this video all the time because I ENVY your ropes. I'm making a wrestling game so obviously I'm trying to solve the same problem you were. Your will to just tinker until you figure it out motivates me. I WILL figure out how you accomplished that.
Hehe I'm sure you'll reach a result you're happy with :) Don't be afraid to ask me any questions in my Discord server in case you get stuck on something :)
I think a cool idea for the final boss is to make it an upgraded (more tougher/cooler) version of the 1st boss that you fight in the game,it makes it look like the 1st boss you though has come for his "revenge " at the end of the game and let's the player see how far he has come
This is a great idea. In PunchOut! you would often see old opponents resurface with new moves and it was always a little exciting to see them come back better than before
15:00 can I just say I love this, that he’s actually putting a lot of work into the game to make it feel better and not making it janky and lazy at all. Good work man 👍🏼
Aight, don't know if I'm too late for final boss suggestions, but here's my idea: The Boxing God, the pinnacle of boxing power. The Boxing God has no arms. Instead the fists move on their own, allowing for long range, and even attacks from different angles. One special is that the two fists combine into one and charge at the player. If the player can dodge and move forward fast enough there's a small window for some free punches. On top of this, there's a good chance that if your attacks are blocked you'll be hit with a fast counter attack so accuracy and timing is very important.
You've switched up the style of the gamedevs. Not against it, looks like an amazing video! I personally REALLY like the ropes and the astronaut! They look fantastic
missed u so badly, you really re-injected that drug of game dev inside me , thanks for inspiring me man, love from India, I will meet u someday for sure.....
Hey PontyPants, I’m a little late but I feel like one of the hardest fights could be a slime man where can swing his arm in a circle and hit you or he can split himself into two. His ultimate can be like a slime pool and you can’t move for a couple of seconds. I feel like a slime person in this game will really work. I can even explain the moves and demonstrate myself in a video
It seems that the astronaut's laser attack can be disrupted by simply walking up to him, using the jiggly hand physics, you can prevent him from fully closing his arms. The bash can probably also help.
You should make a boss, of the trainer when he was younger, and you could make it grainy, or black in white, and you should make it like a secret flash back of like a story he was telling you, after you beat the final boss, And I also think you should really look into multiplayer, because after the bosses the replay ability seems lacking so, the online can do that for you.😁👍
I think easter eggs and special "secret" moves are things that are mainly seen by viewers of your content. An idea to guide people toward searching for the secrets is a checklist/boxing journal that has different chapters/pages depending on what secret part of game needs to be discovered. For example there can be a cosmetic chapter that has either displays the item or what's required in order to unlock the cosmetic. *Just something that tells the player that there's more than meets the eye in the game, pushing them towards seeking the hidden stuff*
The final boss should be a kind of anti player, it’s stat should change from player to player depending on their play style (aggressive, defensive, wind up speed etc.) forcing the player to switch up their play style for the final boss.
Final boss is a steampunker with a boiler on his back. Longer punch range with a pair of extending fists, sometimes pauses to build up some steam, but unleashes a double punch followed by a jump above you and forcing you to turn around and avoid where he lands. His punches deal significantly more damage, because his extendo fists are made of brass. If you bash him before he can do his double-punch, his fists hit himself in the face, stunning him briefly.
Another awesome video, I'm impressed by those rope 'physics' you coded in. I agree with one of the top comments, having the instructor from the tutorial as your final boss would be cool! But to make him more relevant, he should be next to the ring in most matches to cheer you on, only to jump into an empty ring for the final boss map and tell you "I've watched you rise up, my boy, and now I'm going to beat you back down again." His special attacks would be with his walking cane: a stab/lunge (spear attack) and a spin attack. Hope my ideas are helpful!
12:54 For the astronaut arena, I thought of what is a sorta looping infinite flat plane, which has a few small crater dents in it. the screen would make an effect which is basically just circular screen-borders. This would make walking around the infinite plane, look like walking on sphere, while the gravity it always in the middle, without some terrible gravity changing code. I can see how you would run into some problems, like if the Astronaut gets hit off screen, it kinda ruins the illusion, and it doesn't look like their going around the planet, and instead just disappears off the border.
okay, here's an idea for the final boss: dont make the entire thing the tutorial guy, that would be too obvious. make half of it the tutorial guy, and once you hit him enough, he'd be stomped on by a really big fighter, who you have to fight each limb at a time. first shatter his legs, then arms, and then body, and once he's fully immobile you can land a bunch of punches at once and it'll be really satisfying.
Wishlist Punch A Bunch on steam if you want to support the game 🙏🏻😊 store.steampowered.com/app/1512590/Punch_A_Bunch/

That’s cool! I also just thought of a boss that is a tag team where they randomly switch between each other!
I have a boss idea mutaded food(s)
I'm pretty sure you should probably make like like a giant basically like a giant overpowered almost impossible to complete to defeat I mean and destructive no maybe you could even have like a no back down the Golden Age of boxing like you know like a memory stage
You should make a boss a football player with a helmet and everything. I dont know what it would do but I think its a good idea
It would be nice to see the final boss as the old tutorial guy
I was going to say that :D I think it should start at the end of the last fight by him congratulating the player for beating "all" the bosses and then suddenly start beating up the player.
Haha I said that last video!
That's a really good idea
It needs to be revealed that the old tutorial guy has only shown 0.00000000001% of his power
imo i think it would work better as a secret boss
For the astronaut fight, it could be cool if the arena was within a large moon crater. This way the characters would be contained without needing the ropes.
this needs more likes!
THIS IS A GREAT IDEA!!!!!
a space station could also work however may lose the appeal of being on the moon
Who ever gets ko'd ragdolls away with moon gravity.
That is an awesome idea
Quick suggestion: I think giving the puppet boss thinner and longer limbs would really help to sell that marionette feeling!
Same
Also make the glove bigger
Good idea, and have it ragdoll before it dissapears and reappears
Plus ball socket joint would help, along with a string for the head.
aggreeing
I feel like the final boss being mysterious at first, but then when you beat them, they will show themselves as the coach guide guy, would be really cool.
For the marionette, i would suggest making it move slightly up and down to really make it seem like a hand is controlling it

good idea maybe final boss material actually
Id love love to see the marionette being pulled into the darkness (like away from the player (while laughing would be terrifying)) and then appear from the right, left or behind the player to sort of jump scare them in a way.
As for the final boss, I’d see the tutorial guy being all trained up and ready for his revenge. 🙂
I was gonna say a Rocky boss at first, but Murrican makes me think of him a lot already ahahah.
Maybe the puppet boss's big weakness is that its strings get tied with all the spinning its doing, and thats your opportunity to attack
that sounds cool!
That'd be dope
This is a great idea! Maybe you can punish the sudden spinning punch with a well timed jab before it's attack connects, giving you a window to do damage?

I think that a great idea for the final boss would be you! Aka the game crater. The ability’s could be something like “you” the boss changing the rules or the way the game works mid fight, things like deactivating one of the players arms, making the player slow etc…
For sure that would be great
what if the game creator was the old tutorial guy!?
That would be so cool
@@RealZeez that can also be really cool
I was about to say the same, dope idea over here!
That's very interesting
That’s really good
YOOO and you could add a lava border, with a shape similar to the sumo boss but a bit bigger
I’m seeing other concepts like this one like with fight all the bosses again but in my opinion this is the best one I would want to see this.
Don't you think that is too much convoluted?
It would be really cool for the puppet boss to perhaps fly up and then come out of the darkness instead of just poofing in front of you.
Yeh good idea

Toby should be the final boss. He went through all the same training we did or something and now he's really good. That's just my idea!

Feel free to use parts of the concept if you like :)
great progress man. Watching you since 2 years. In these two yearswhat great success you've made man.
Could give him a jet pack or ground pound
That’s what I was thinking
Having the boxer rotate with respect to the gravity would be a great idea.
Definitely something you could do with it if you had time
I think it is a better idea that the astronaut has the special move of going around the moon in orbit, hence gaining momentum, and then punches after he comes around with more force. Maybe the player can do that too. I think it is much better than lasers and rockets.
A few ideas for the final boss
1. The old man
2.it’s Toby and he’s been trained by the old man maybe it’s a tag team who knows
3. It’s a mysterious boxer, after most fights you complete you get a newspaper article explaining that you beat that boxer, but off to the side it teases the world champ and he’s you opponent
3. It’s pontyTank
4. It’s the child who’s been playing with you
5. It’s, its, A GIANT TOUCAN cuz y not
Will there be a rush mode where you fight all of them back to back
Also please release this game on PS
@JustADog ooo I love the newspaper idea
@JustADog giorno dog profile picture, opinion suggestion invalid
@JustADog Uh for the idea of an ogre as the final boss is pretty ok but for other things, I think there are too many contents for just 1 boss(even though it's the final boss) and it's too overpowered with those statuses.
number 4 here is actually a really good idea
This. Maybe have the old mann hulk out/turn into a giant kaiju-like abomination, and for his second phase he transforms into an eldritch abomination.

It will allow players to have more fun after the campaign and each boss power is an ability each player can use to really make it come together nicely.
I think a dj rhythm based boos would be sick for the finale boss like an extremely hard boss but if u get the rhythm right it is a bit easier and then the final boss is unique and memorable
i won't even try to say another suggestion, that's dope, and would be a cool final development challenge for him
a djj can't really be a FINAL boss but a boss yes
I think the orbit could be a fun feature, and could really sell the space theme.

For the final boss might I suggest: *The Drowned*
A huge amorphous blob animating an old school diving suit who would occasionally split into smaller forms with the A.I of various bosses,
It could either split into 2 pro league bosses, 3 intermediate bosses, or 4 amateur bosses, and quickly unleash a flurry of special attacks before reforming as a massive blob once more.

Aight, don't know if I'm too late for final boss suggestions, but here's my idea:
The Boxing God, the pinnacle of boxing power.
Same bro. 😀👍🏻
same
If you make a cut scene for each boss, that would be perfection!
I feel like for the moon map, the way that they orbit back around the moon would be a nice gimmick for that stage
i Think so to
Same
It happens too often and would make the fight boring
Quick suggestion about the final boss: have actually two of them fight togheter, like Ornstein and Smaug :)
"Friday Night at Freddy's" 💀
You should make a boss, of the trainer when he was younger, and you could make it grainy, or black in white, and you should make it like a secret flash back of like a story he was telling you, after you beat the final boss,
And I also think you should really look into multiplayer, because after the bosses the replay ability seems lacking so, the online can do that for you.😁👍
or maybe an ability to make custom bosses that can have attacks both in game and new attacks not in the game.
Very nice idea
okay, here's an idea for the final boss:
dont make the entire thing the tutorial guy, that would be too obvious. make half of it the tutorial guy, and once you hit him enough, he'd be stomped on by a really big fighter, who you have to fight each limb at a time. first shatter his legs, then arms, and then body, and once he's fully immobile you can land a bunch of punches at once and it'll be really satisfying.
Can the giant be a robot? I want a robot boxer.
@@camdenprime5430 that'd be cool
@@camdenprime5430 pvz moment
@@nickkrampus5650 I was thinking more of the robots from Nock em, Sock em, Robots.
Too cliché
