    It should be 1.00 to 1.89 for SD, 1.90 to 2.69 for D, 2.70 to 3.49 for N, 3.50 to 4.29 for A and 4.30 to 5.00. There are gaps in your continuum. For instance, you cannot find 1.83 in your intervals.

      Letter Grade
      Kung ang researcher ay ang gusto ipakita lng ay letter based on the results of the Study for example ang score sa performance ng 1 teacher ay 4.80 katumbad nito ay O - meaning Outstanding
      Numerical Grade naman kung ang researcher ay ipapakita lng nito ang value Example 4.80 results of performance of teachers - meaning Outstanding
      Percentage ipapakita ay % instead of using numerical or letter grade.

      A scale of 1-4 does not allow the participant to give a neutral answer. This may be desirable in some studies but not in others. 1-5 allows that neutral answer.

    • @docmaryinsights
      @docmaryinsights  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kriobiatch8823 this depends on the equivalents or response system of your five-point Likert scale, for instance if your five-point Likert scale is from 1 - strongly disagree to 5 - strongly agree, then you can analyze using median (as a measure of central tendency) since your data is in the ordinal level of measurement. But some researchers also use mean in analysis of Likert scale scores, either way, is probably acceptable as long as you have a reference for your analysis. If you push through with the analysis using median, you may interpret based on the median score of the data set for example in Item No 8 say "I use Facebook at an average of 8 hours per day.", is 1 then that means the center of the dataset for Item No 8 is "disagree". When presenting the median as a measure of central tendency, also include the range.
