Hi your video is very informative i have the same code I wish I saw your video earlier I bought a used canister assembly thinking it will solve my problem but the code came back again, I have a 2009 toyota rav4 2.5l.
This is a great video. Showing how the connector should be tested and what the resistance should be is amazingly helpful.

To be clear if I don't find continuity does that mean I have to replace the pump

Getting 28 on the valve but only 4.2 on the pump on an old unit and a new unit
