Hi, thanks for the detailed video and the explanation. I have the same five codes in my 2012 Corolla. In the video, you've noted that you replaced the leak detection pump, but in the video at 9:30 onwards, it looks like that the whole canister assembly was replaced to fix the issue. So is it better to just replace the entire assembly instead of just the pump?
Please help, I’m going to do a smoke test on a 2015 Toyoto, can I do a test without closing the evap solenoid. I don’t have a high dollar machine. Can I block off the same way u did. Which hose did u take off?
Depending on the vehicle, it can sometimes take weeks for the Evap monitor to go "Ready". If there's no codes then it probably just haven't done all it's tests yet to switch from not ready. For what it's worth, this is why smog stations can issue a "pass" when the evap monitor isn't set yet (but all the others are good to go).
Its a 2010 toyota venza v6 it been like that for awhile..when the fuel tank is a quarter full it waist the gas like in 20miles...scanned it n the evap is the only emission that inc
