he's black knight the wielder of ebony blade , and we also hear the voice of blade (maharshala ali) . Personally i think makkari's running shows the best speedster run in current superhero fiction
In the Marvel Universe, Earth is considered uniquely individualistic, especially when it comes to music and art. This can be seen in a few places in the movies (Guardians anyone), but regardless, earthlings are versatile and can overcome a lot.
Dane Whitman is the Black Knight, a sometime Avenger and wielder of a magical cursed sword. I do hope to see the character in future movies, he's really interesting.
Love this movie so much despite its flaws. Such a unique movie. Very ethereal and beautiful. The Eternals fight so elegantly in their fight scenes. By the way, this is the only Marvel film to ever feature the comics of the characters themselves. If you watch the intro credits again, you’ll see the Celestials there. No other movie has ever used the comics. This movie was also filmed on location. Little to no green screen utilization. With the exception of cgi for their powers. This movie is one of a kind. Definitely one of the most underrated and most beautiful films ever produced.
The voice you heard at the very end talking to Dane, is a character named Blade who's a half human half vampire, vampire hunter. He will be played by Mahershala Ali. But in the late 90s and early 2000s they made a Blade trilogy starring Wesley Snipes which I highly recommend you checking out, since we're in the Multiverse Saga, all the older Marvel movies (at least most) have relevancy now
Eternals 2 was cancelled. A lot stuff from this phase did not make enough profit, so there were a lot of sequels cancelled. The characters will still show up, but it won't be their own dedicated movie.
now you know why thanos did not just make more food and planets for life to exist on.... to stop any more celestials from destroying anyone else's planet, remember how quill described how titan was knocked off its axis and was smashed to pieces. dont forget thanos never says his ppl killed themselves by starving or war he just says he knew what was going to happen. his brother is an eternal with a celestial comunication ball, so was thanos.
2 things : the failure of that movie is the most unfair thing happened in the MCU and 2 that would be always fun to see Richard Madden/Ikaris ans Kit Harrington/Dane fight for for a woman called Sersi....
Gilgamesh was in "train to busan " very great of a cast . also its first introduction to characters including "Celestial" tbh movie is epic high iq people's . but was low on low blows who were wondering earth would be smashed by a giant celestial or something
Im in the minority because I like this movie. Some have said it would have been better as a series w/ so many characters - and i agree - but I still enjoyed it. I kind of wish we got more of Druig and Makkari's relationship..
I'm less sad about the movie than I am about how the MCU really doesn't cover the impact of it like at all. A few easter eggs is kind of ridiculous considering the scale of what happened.
I wonder if was strange for Robb Stark and Jon Snow to play characters who are both in love with a woman whose name is quite similar to that of a certain other woman 😅
Personally loved this movie. But I think it suffered from several different things with most of the viewers. First it was long. The long and slow parts of the movie were actually necessary to try and explain the characters backstory. You needed to see the flashbacks, and compare how they began to where the "modern" parts of the story had taken them - and people don't have the patience to just let a story happen, sometimes. Second - there was a lot going on, story wise. Trying to balance 8 characters that are essentially unknown to the audience vs focusing on a single character before throwing a group together (DC suffered from this with Justice League). Lastly, audience expectations. This movie wasn't as linear as most Marvel movies have been - it wasn't what people expected to see. You guys went into this movie without any expectations, so you accepted it for what it was.. so you enjoyed it. And that's honestly the right way to watch any movie.
This was not only an enjoyable film, but it was probably the most beautifully shot film in the mcu. It probably needed to be a series, like you said, but they wouldn't have had the budget. In a perfect world it would be a series with a movie budget. The most interesting thing about it, was it gave Thanos' reasoning for halving the population some meaning and dare I say, humanity. It looks like Tiamut's body will be part of the new Captain America plot, but unfortunately I don't think we are getting a Eternals 2. Oh and FYI, the voice at the end was Blade. In the theaters I totally thought it was the Watcher intervening again.
There will be 2 Avengers movies: Avengers: Doomsday on May 1st 2026 and Avengers: Secret Wars on May 7, 2027 which wraps up Phase Six and the Multiverse Saga
There was a lot of hate and backlash to this movie. I think it kind of broke down into two camps (see below). I personally like it and found it enjoyable, not the best MCU film, but it was good. Camp 1 - It didn't do great with a huge ensemble cast so you never really got to know some of them. Especially with such a star studded cast it just felt shallow as a result. All the flashbacks and exposition was to much tell instead of show type story telling. Finally, it slow and boring and not enough excitement. Camp 2 - They are forcing the first def super hero on us?! What is this woke crap?! Oh my god! Did that black guy just kiss another dude?! Unacceptable. Going woke means going broke and we hate this before it even comes out!!!!! Female directors with experimental styles suck!!! I don't think camp 2 is even worth listening to, but camp 1 had some points... still I thought it was a good movie. What I think is really interesting though is the implications on the past of the MCU. Specifically Thanos and his motivations. We see that Thanos' half brother is an eternal (in the comics, Thanos is half eternal and half deviant, I don't know that is the case here though). In interviews, it has been confirmed that what happened to Titan (we see it all ripped apart and gravity all messed up when they go there for the fight with Thanos) is that the emergence happened there and they couldn't stop it. The Titans were all but wiped out as a result. The eternals there wanted to stop it too. Thanos knew that if he killed off half the population, didn't matter who, so random and fair, then the emergence couldn't take place and life on the planet would go on. They wouldn't do it, they wouldn't listen to him and everyone on the planet died. It broke him, he became the mad titan. The reason Thanos wanted to wipe out half the life in the universe was to stop the emergence of other celestials so no other planets... specifically earth since it was up for an emergence, would go through what his planet had gone through. He literally saw himself as the savior of earth and then went and retired. And he was. After the Avengers brought everyone back the emergence was moving forward again and the earth would have been destroyed again if it wasn't for the events of this movie. I don't think it makes the memes about "Thanos was right" correct or anything, but I think it makes him a lot more interesting of a character and describes his motivations better for what he was doing and why.
Idc wat ppl say super underrated and overhated
Best speedster visuals imo too
definitely
and a friendship we can root for gilgamesh and thena. @@connorbarrett3422

he's black knight the wielder of ebony blade , and we also hear the voice of blade (maharshala ali) . Personally i think makkari's running shows the best speedster run in current superhero fiction

Glad you guys have just watched the MOST BEAUTIFUL marvel movie!

I actually really liked this movie!
This movie was so good, I dont understand the hate it got
The voice at the 2nd end credit scene with jon snow is the voice of blade played by mahershala ali

Thanks, Sam and Tristan! 🌅 This movie is further proof to never listen to naysayers. Always watch with an open heart/mind and decide for yourself.

Is this a coincidence or did you plan to release this video on the 3rd anniversary of the film?
loved this movie
Respectfully, Sam is gorgeous. Lucky Tristan!
The post credits....Thats Blade Marvels vampire Hunter.

I love this movie
This is way better than Love & Thunder.
.
Also, unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago I read that Eternals II has been cancelled.
Gilgamesh was in "train to busan " very great of a cast . also its first introduction to characters including "Celestial" tbh movie is epic high iq people's . but was low on low blows who were wondering earth would be smashed by a giant celestial or something
Last voice was Blade (actor Mahershala Ali). Not a spoiler. The director said so after the movie's release and there isn't any more Blade content.
I like the shirt bro 👊🏽
Im in the minority because I like this movie. Some have said it would have been better as a series w/ so many characters - and i agree - but I still enjoyed it. I kind of wish we got more of Druig and Makkari's relationship..
back to MARVEL !!
I'm less sad about the movie than I am about how the MCU really doesn't cover the impact of it like at all. A few easter eggs is kind of ridiculous considering the scale of what happened.
an upcoming movie is gonna deal with the ending of Eternals
When do we loki season 2 lol I can't wait
Next up, Hawkeye and then Moon Knight! Both are great shows but I definitely prefer Moon Knight.
“Never seen game of thrones though” oh never say that in front of a TH-cam react audience… you will now be pestered I imagine 😂
I wonder if was strange for Robb Stark and Jon Snow to play characters who are both in love with a woman whose name is quite similar to that of a certain other woman 😅

I think this being a series would be a really good idea. It's tough to introduce so many characters in one movie
There are plenty of issues with this movie, BUT I still really like this one. I want more films that flesh out the deep cosmic lore of the universe.
There was a lot of hate and backlash to this movie. I think it kind of broke down into two camps (see below). I personally like it and found it enjoyable, not the best MCU film, but it was good.

i loved this movie, but most of the marvel fans didn’t like it bc it was so different
thank god for sam i dont have wanda's powers cuz the way i woulda used reality powers to steal tristan from u girl oouh!!
Ill agree its over-hated, but ill not defend it as good
pls keep going to watch marvel series and watch the series to ♥
The MCU does not produce too many bad movies but this is at the bottom. Just a super misfire from every angle.
does this mean ur done w the halloween movies🥲
