How to Connect Ipega 9099 to Laptop or PC

This is the step by step process how to connect your Ipega Controller to be recognized by your Laptop or PC as an Xbox 360.
Because some Games don't accept Ipega as a default controller like my Video sample of Forza Horizon (Demo).
It only works via Wired Connection... if you unplug the Cord and use it via Bluetooth it will switch back as a default Ipega Controller.

yes it is possible but the controller will not be recognized as xbox 360 controller and will only work on some steam games

Hi I have buy this ipega controller but I can't manage it to vibrate in the game on PC, I try bt connection (x360ce) and usb connection and enable feedback in game and in x360ce but nothing. I played GTA5 and PES2019 but no feedback vibrations. Can you help me to resolve this and did someone play this games with vibrations on this controller?
