How to Connect Ipega 9099 to Laptop or PC

This is the step by step process how to connect your Ipega Controller to be recognized by your Laptop or PC as an Xbox 360. Because some Games don't accept Ipega as a default controller like my Video sample of Forza Horizon (Demo). It only works via Wired Connection... if you unplug the Cord and use it via Bluetooth it will switch back as a default Ipega Controller.
