@@VitosFix yeah I was able to get it off. It was on there for a long time. Probably about 8 years. I didn’t put any pb blaster but I got it off. I bought a new one to replace it. I got the cb performance one you got. Jaaa. I want led the scat one but it didn’t have numbers at the top cuz of the logo so I went with the cb one.
Where’s the thrower washer . I was told as I keep getting oil on top of deck lid it’s probably the thrower washer behind the pulley? I was told it’s an engine split job.
th-cam.com/video/aCCcHCdlqmU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=XbfB0_K-CFZV11M_ If you take a look at the beginning of this video you can see it on the inside (shinier than the block), on the crank. You do have to take the block apart. How’s your oil level? Having too high of a level of oil can cause problems as well.
If the engine is still installed, I would suggest this pulley puller: amzn.to/3uMIOnI Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. I could receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Have you ever had to deal with the pully breaking off inside the crankshaft? I cannot get the broken piece out...
Umm. No. How in the world did you do that? Maybe try something like the below?

I tried that other tool and it bent my pulley, but worked if I turned pulley while tightening.
It must have been on there for a really long time. Maybe try putting PB blaster on it for a while before attempting to pull it off.

Dealing with this now, the pully is really stuck. Waiting for the puller to come. 😅
