Rewire Aftermarket Headlight C Light to Daytime Running Lights

I bought these aftermarket headlights for my Chevy Suburban but for some reason the C light would only come on with the parking, headlights, or fog lights and wouldn't come on with the daytime running lights. Lets see if we can get these re wired to have the C lights on with the DRL and Headlights.
