- Taking a look at this vintage mobile phone.
To unlock, insert only half of an unaccepted SIM, then type *2767*2878#, wait for restart, them type *2767*3855#, while the phone restarts, push the SIM all the way in. Wait for the phone to start, then type:
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
You should see Network lock personalised
then type #7465625*638*00000000# and you should see Network lock deactivated.

Nice! I have a phone very similar to the E250 called the Samsung SGH-T301G on TracFone!
Wooooo!! It worked on my F250L and my X566!! But because of both phones design I had to use original carrier SIM after the 1st 2 codes so I could personalize the Lock code, then with the SIM in the phone did the last 2 codes for personalisation and it works!! And in the X566, to be more specific, I didn't do the 1st 2 codes so it technically isn't necessary to do a wipe to any Samsung phone of this kind.

i also have a black e250! its just mine has a kind of flex issue up button doesnt workbut it doesnt effect other things and im not gonna lie i love this phone!

Does this unlock procedure keep the IMEI? I have heard that it could erase the IMEI and make it all zeros, which is why a 00000000 unlock code works.
This procedure will not break the IMEI. The IMEI is broken by the use of a code that erases some parts of ERPROM, I think it was something like *7337# or something similar. I do NOT recommend using that code. It will render your phone useless.

@@Vintagephonesarchive yes I think it is. Because the on/off dosent have the whispers and the (SGH-E250) splash screen looks lower quality

Just want to say 2 things, Firstly, a massive thank you for uploading this guide because I have been trying to get the network provider to unlock the phone and they are completely useless and are claiming that the IMEI number I gave them was wrong (despite them confirming it twice with me). Secondly, I had to follow the video exactly as the codes you recommend in the description is incorrect, on the video you type 638 on the codes but on the description you have 632, 632 doesn't work.
Sorry, that was a typo. The correct one is 638
