@ForgottenFitness would you consider doing a video on widening the clavicles? I know people say it's false but Steve Reeves and some other lifters claimed it was possible to widen shoulders this wau

I am happy to write that I am running out of superlatives. Great lecture and demonstration. I enjoyed your video presentation immensely Rudolph. Continue producing great content.

I've been doing the bent press for over a year now and although I once had seen somebody doing it in the kneeling position, it wasn't until James Fuller did a video yesterday with juji mufu that I was inspired to try it this morning and got all the way up to 45 lb on each side for three sets but this was integrated into my sequence which starts with a Turkish Get Up moving into a bench press then a windmill than a 9090 get up but I also integrated an overhead squat in between both get ups before kneeling down and doing the bent press on my knees

This is interesting and please correct me, kinda looks the torso is falling away from the weight while the arm is pushing the weight?
