None of the reviewers mention about the defects of any bike , 390 Adventure has some issues like cheap plastic parts and discs start rusting with very few days of usage, nd throttle drops off all of a sudden. However this issue has been resolved with update. But Hyderabad KTM's don't know anything about the issue. Disc callipers have got bolts update. Screen goes blank all of a sudden. Seat height is a big bummer. They thought that Indians are of 6 feet height and they launched height adjustment power part first in europe whereas it is much required in India first. Windscreen don't offer any sort of wind protection on highway. Hoping carbon racing and others to manufacture it faster. Front mudguard looks like a waste plastic part and you will get a feeling that it can break anytime soon. I have done around 7k kms on the bike and after all the observations I'm posting an update so that dino bhai users will get to know about the defects of the bike. If you are below 5.9, never ever think of this bike. There are people who say it is manaeable, but at last you will feel embarassed infront of everyone while taking U turns and in parking places

I just noticed one thing...i might be wrong but the duke 390 bs6 at 9k rpm goes 152kmph in Dino's video itself but the 390 adventure bs6 at 9k rpm goes 160kmph...Why the hell ktm did the speedo error thing on the adv?? (BOTH AT 6TH GEAR)
@@manash49 It's not that, I actually confirmed this..Ktm has introduced Speed inflation in the meter for ADV line up..They have used +6kph formula while programming the console..so 100kmph on meter will be 94kmph in reality. (Not a hunch, confirmed with Ktm technician at chakan's office) Even for BMW's it's the same, naked g310 has no inflation, but 310gs has +6 kmph programmed.. Same engines, no change in gearing ratios so definitely "they wanted the advs to feel faster like the naked's atleast on the meter thus the error/inflation" this was the explanation given by the team.
Man I've been riding this for months and was not really happy with the upshifting with the quickshifter, gonna go try the blip technique now. Thanks for the tip. 👍
Personally I own this lovely bike, and it's a great bike, initially there was lot of negative media feedback but this bike is really a revelation in the adventure segment. Good review Dino...cheers #RajRideStories

@@shirsendumaiti5682 hey friend, so it depends on what exactly your need is...if you into lot of highway only then go for Dominar which I personally owned and have coveres many places across India which you can check on my channel, if you need a bike which is blend of both highway touring and moderate off road then go for ktm adventure, if you someone doing extreme off road then go for Himalayan. But take a proper test ride whichever you want to buy and then take a final call...all the best 👍👍😊

With an exception of RE..rest of the twin cylinder (tour ready) bike service costs touch or cross the 6k INR mark and this is just the basic service excluding replacement of wear and tear parts...

When it comes to weight, actually you don't feel the weight while u r driving.u can only feel it when u lift ( when it is down,i mean fall off) And more over, this weight helps you a lot during long rides in the highway with far more better stability against winds
Umer Khan haan ji bhai street rally edition... parts are surprisingly heavy ad sturdy...ride comfort is good... handle bars not like general scooty kinds.. byke like comfortable riding posture... ddnt chk the milage yet but .. peppy ... better than the best.. go for it bhai. Cant go wrong with this.. 👍 usually i ride NS200 for daily commutes.
Man this thing reaches 160 kmph mark in no time So effortlessly. My 2018 Dominar tops out at 155kmph(gps) certain time( with no wind early morning hrs/ late night hrs) .

The wheel diameter is bigger for adv 390. So for same engine speed adv will be faster.

You will be damaging your clutch plates and it will be wearing out eventually.
I advice you not to do so.

no you cant the 390 has a different ecu that pairs witht the tft wherr as the ecu of the 250 doesnt support the tft.
