Being a 390 owner, adv390’s engine is down right boring and electronics while appreciate them for safety but throughout my ride. I always kept them off and bike felt better. Must appreciate thr efficiency of adv390 but my take is 250 for now 😂
My purpose is like 50% city commute and 50%long rides(not into hardcore offroading). I have now sorted down to Himalayan and adv250, adv 250 was good in terms of city ride coz of its light handling... Still confused please suggest me one

Hello Sir since you have exp on both bikes a couple of questions......the difference between KTM Adv 390 & Adv 250 is Traction Control, Cornering ABS and Quick Shifter to mention some. Although Traction Control and Quick Shifter is not absolute necessity (can be negated by Riders quality); > Cornering ABS is absolute necessity both while cruising in higher speed and also while taking a turn (keeping in mind both KTM's weight).......so don't you miss that ? > The central instrument cluster since its in black & white do you feel difficulty in looking into it while the sun is just above your head and in high speeds ? > What about vibrations and engine grunt (lacks power) if you choose to cruise in 120-150 kmph range ? KTM is offering a 2021 model with discounts, extended warranty and stuff like that. I like the 2021 color as well. And waiting is almost nothing compared to 60 days for 2022 model. Should i go for 2021 model or is there any issue i may face with that?
I have a blue one bruh… just took the delivery a 20days ago for my birthday… the bike is really cool but i felt some lack of features than 390… but worth for money❤️❤️❤️
What about riding in bumbs and gutters and off roads any issues to back bone ....The suspension matters the most....Does it matches xpulse suspension.... Actually I was thinking like TVS should bring and ADV with Apache 200 4v

@@P.S.R.. sorry for the late reply..after my first service there is no heating issue and now the vehicle is so smooth to ride..I m getting approx 35km/ltr
250 or 390, reasonably it makes sense to buy 250, size and machine is the same except for the engine and few features. 250 has the sliper clutch and rear ABS which I think are necessary features which it already has..then y go for other brands or higher capacity machine..
Should i settle with 250 Adv or push to 390 Adv? I'm not a frequent bike changer. I owned a bullet 500 for almost 4+ years. Annoyed with the vibrations. I wana feel the ride pleasure. I'm not an off roader. I prefer good roads so i can enjoy riding. I never go beyond 110 kmph. But i prefer good electronics in my bike. As i come from a vintage motorcycle. The reason I'm keenly interested on Adv segment is, i believe its the future. Considering the Indian road conditions. Please advice 😇
@@harish3238 This 250 Adv is much better . Offers smooth ride and very refined. its so good on highway cruising, hilly areas and bad road conditions. Surprised to see the mileage is better than himalayan and BMW. Go for it. Wont regret.

Since you've mentioned the counter balance, how about taking sharp corners, is it the same principle applies?
Super review. A lot of negative on K5M 250 ADV about vibrations more than 100. You have put it all to rest by riding at 120 125 and off roading.
Except the saddle height, rest all is great. So just in case of better ground clearance and lower seat height, the Himalayas excels.

I bought adv 250 blue color. I felt 250 is better than 390 when I tested both. And 37 to 38 is normal mileage I’m getting.

Many review, include u say that 250 is more refined than 390. Also low end torque is better. Is it okay to prefer refinement over better electronics?
