What is the purpose of the cable ?? There's no cable on the passenger side.

It pops the arm rest up when you fold and move the seat forward

Hi I have a 96 Bronco XLT your video does not show how to put the cover back if it was never out ok to right. The cover does not go over the cable how can I fix that. Thanks
