    Give this intense tabata dumbbell shoulder workout a try! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is designed to expend calories at a faster rate. You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit.     You can really test your strength with this tabata dumbbell style by going heavier or stay lighter and really test that endurance! Either way, get shredded by burning more fat while still putting on more lean muscle!!

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    After doing this awesome little workout with 10lbs in each arm so many times, I tried it tonight with 15s and ouch. It was tough, but I kept up to speed with Mike. I feel it! Now for some intense 5 minute bicep workouts yeah!

    My routine is 5 sets of DB Bizeb (HIIT) DB Trizeb (HIIT) & DB Shoulders (HIIT) With 3KG DB and it really increased my arms size im doing it every third day and after time I will increase weight also try it out guys it really works !

    I did that with a pair of 4 kgs dumbbells three times after a long pause because of depression, corona and other things... I struggled but quite less than I thought, even if I don't really like how I look now. Don't know if I should be proud or ashamed of myself.

    I usually do this with 10lb dumbells, but just tried with 15s. Ouch. The difference is substantial :) Love your workouts Mike! Keep it up!

    Are there any good shoulder workouts that don't irritate the teres major and minor ? Whenever I hit shoulder I get pain near the armpit area and back of shoulder, which I found out it to be the teres major and minor.

    I did this with 10 pound dumbbells, my inner elbows felt pinched is that because it's weak or weight is a bit too heavy?

    Great routine, I did 3 rounds with 2 minutes rest in between and I'm a bit dead now.
