    I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

      the tabata style muscle focused routines you can do 4-5 sets, 2-3 times per week... the cardio tabata you can do 4-5 sets, every day

      our tabata cardio routines are actually great workouts to help increase cardiovascular stamina and explosiveness which will transfer over to improved running! .. but like anything else, you have to practice sprints themselves or distance running if that's your goal to get better at it !

    Ligit I did this routine 5 time in 20 min a day, and I measured them after one month. And I had 1 and a half inch gain. The so much for these videos.

    First off, I want to say these videos are awesome, you've got me hooked on Tabatas. Sitting at 5' 8", I use to weigh 185 lbs at 7% body fat, and was in excellent shape. Long story short, I fucked my back up and was out of commission for a full year. Let's just say, I fell off the wagon, and became unhappy with my body. These workouts are great, motivating, and really have turned me into a fat burning machine. These are especially helpful now since I'm a Sales Manager, and don't have 2 hours to hit the gym any more. Keep up the great work, and keep the videos coming!

    I've commented before that you were one of my favorite TH-cam Channels. But you have moved to the very top of the pile. Your five minute work outs have given me some gains that I thought I would never see. It is really inspiring when you are busting your butt, doing the exercises and not just talking. But tell me, what is the Tabata Method? Did you invent it? Keep up the excellent work.

      At the Department of Defense we do HIIT twice a week and switch it around with resistance training, so that's HIIT RT HIIT RT with restdays in between, but it might depend if you want to grow strong or big...

    Hey mike, I’ve been doing your workouts for a while now and I’ve found I’ve built fair bit of muscle but my right arm is extremely vascular and my left isn’t. When I workout I always use two dumbbells but I never feel the same burn in my left arm as I do in my right. Is this normal, am I doing something wrong

      try squeezing your left forearm max strength all the time once it feels equal or on par with right just be smooth with the reps

    Hi, I have been following you for a while and I saw that you have for example two different types of exercises for the biceps. One is a normal workout and the other one is HIIT workout. If I do the HIIT workout instead of the normal workout, will my biceps grow faster ? And are HIIT workouts usually better for muscle grow than normal workouts ?

    hello Anabolic Aliens! I was considering doing some bicep building exercises and came across your channel, which is awesome to say the least! Keep it up, your doin a great job! and....i think you've inspired me. seriously! I'm 5'6 and weigh 150pounds. I dont have a pick of fat anywhere but I'm not thin. I have the man shape, if you get me. My question to you is, what weight dumbbells would you recommend I start out with. I've never worked out before but I can do 30 push ups without a break (just to give you an insight into me).

    Hello. I did this one ☝️ today with 7.5 lbs (each) dumb bells. Only one Tabata circuit. I was just wondering if I should/could have repeated another circuit? (I’ve been doing Tabata circuits for a few years...my consistency could be a tad better 🤓🤷🏾‍♀️)
