You are right sir मैं दो किलोमीटर पैदल चलता हु उसके बाद दो किलोमीटर दौड़ता हु फिर दो किलोमीटर पैदल चलता हु रेगुलर उसके बाद 10 मिनट कपाल भांति करता हुं 57 का हु बिलकुल स्वस्थ हु

Abhi 10-15 km daudo max aur apni speed badao ..agar fit ho to easily 33 minutes taq la sakte ho 10 km ..main thoda mota tha ..lekin phir bhi 36 minute le aaya tha 10 km ka time
