Thank you for this video. It is really educative, especially for us who want to begin this business. Please I want to know at what cooling temperature to keep the yoghurt after production while sale of stock is not finished. I mean do you have to keep them in the refrigerator, while waiting to be sold, or kept in the deep freezer. Thanks.
@@humphreydarko A good refrigerator. I've noticed that freezing yogurt especially Greek yogurt doesn't come out nice. However you will need good light so that the yogurt remains fresh.
@@virtueottohplz I want to start the business but I don't have light nor fridge/freezer how do I go about it plzzzzzzzzz... Love your tutorial. Which to join
I think I’ll sell 1277 if I’m supplying in wholesale to retailers, so they can sell and make profit. If i’m selling as a retailer, I will sell at most 1500
@@uduak4946 I omitted the label. Please add that when calculating yours. You can add transport if you are able to ascertain the exact transportation cost involved in this particular production. I'd rather skip that and cover it with the Profit Mark up. added. To ensure that the price is competitive.

Which of the started did you used?
I used Tito Yogurt
Which of the farmfresh?
The Greek yogurt or the plain yogurt?
Plain yogurt so long as it has live culture in it. It's fine.
Nylon,label, transportation must be inclusive
1500 is very fine
@@oloweanuoluwapo1032 Great . Yes Stickers should be included. I omitted that.
Your Mark up should be able to cover the other costs associated.
My own now is the preservatives how can u apply preservatives and what can of preservatives can u add that will make ur yoghurt to stay for 2 month
Some use sodium benzoate, any preservative you decide to use ask the seller how to apply it.
NICE BUT YOU DID NOT USE THE WATER IN YOUR COSTING WHY?
I didn't buy water. But if you buy water then you have to include it.
