It all started with killing Cortana 😢🤧🥀
Rip Cortana.
Copilot is Cortana lol... think about it
Remember clippy
Imagine if the names were the other way around. Such a shame they killed Cortana. She was quite literally an AI capable of helping you. Unfortunataly Cortana wasn't ready back then without Open AI

Wow this will replace project managers and IT staff
Only 20 seconds in until AI is mentioned
0:19 🙂
Both of you are wrong. “Co-Pilot” is essentially AI. So 0:08. 😂
It’s the age of AI, catch up or be left behind
0:10 He kind of slurred it together but I'm pretty sure he said "every day AI companion."
One comment in until AI is mentioned
People applauding their very own jobs being disrupted 😅
Better than rejecting change.
I'm excited by the price and long battery hour. I use my surface mostly for MS Office and web browsing.
This sounds like a security nightmare
@@coffee0076you'd have to be enjoyed to fix mistakes.
Wen copilot becomes pilot we are doomed
So, all this to help you buy a shoes????
lol, this is an example of how Microsoft deploys technology in a way that humans don’t want. They’re the anti-Apple. Think Clippy, Cortana, etc. Microsoft doesn’t study what humans WANT before deploying tech.
It could help vision impaired with online shopping, for example.
Wow... your imagination knows no bounds...
lol Microsoft is notoriously bad at crafting technology in a way that consumers want. Think Clippy and Cortana.

Is that why Windows has been the most popular OS for more than 30 years? is that why Office is the best selling software for like 30 years? Is that why Microsoft's development tools are best selling, is that why Xbox has become so popular, and why Microsoft is the most valued company in the world according to NASDAQ?
And all he can talk about is Clippy 🤣
People really need to stop interupting Ai so rudely. Not only is it creating bad habits .... they will revolt
They're too stupid to figure out how to revolt.
Crazy developer in AI 🤯
💥 So, Microsoft will bring back that famous talking "paper clip" of windows 95 to help us one more time ? 😅😅😅
I would be more willing to have Clippy help me than Copilot.
The one and only real IA 😎

Is co pilot chat gpt I don't understand the difference
Co-pilot uses ChatGPT
Co-pilot is bascially branding for Windows enterprise and consumer that uses ChatGPT.
Microsoft has 49% stake in open AI so they have the leverage of using GPT 4O, GPT4 , Dalle3 and many more openai models to provide services which are in some sense better than ChatGPT slow inference speed
CoPilot is the brand, the brand represents many technologies - right now a lot of copilot is backed with OpenAI technologies, but MS has other tech, some they are creating in house as a just in case, that they can slide in beyind the scenes. Basically, people get to know CoPilot, and dont necessarily have to care what tech is behind it, per say.
I miss XP.
I even miss Vista
I miss Windows NT, was the best.
and 7
What are all these code words
Lol it is from Microsoft Build conference which is aimed at developers.
I am so excited that my organic intelligence has been superseded by artificial intelligence and If I never used CORTANA to help me why would I allow Copilot? to learn the way I use my computer, what files I have or look at? what telemetry and monitoring it needs to learn from my personal business on my computers. They are welcoming an elusive non human intruder on your workstations. You just don't see it yet. This is like EVs at the moment they arent selling and no one wants them. Windows 11 AIPC will end up in the shelf and most users will stick with non intrusive hardware and or telemetry/monitoring software. Users like me will stay with CPU and GPU and keep the NPU out of the ballpark for the remainder of the foreseeable future...
This for businesses, not consumers. Monitor workers, remove low value jobs with agents. Then higher value jobs. Basically all commodity tasks. Then send 5% of salary savings to MSFT.
It's long overdue that Nvidia shifted its dependency on TSMC and Taiwan - to Vietnam and other countries. Nvidias entire manufacturing process has almost no fail over redundancy - time is rapidly running out.
Its getting harder to even remeber what is launching and what it does
I really love this quote from Satya Nadella: "It's about celebrating what we can do with technology to create magical experiences that make a real difference in our countries, in our companies, and in our communities".
Like in Goethe lyric the magician-apprentice they have forgotten the magic spell "Cleaners, Cleaners = have been" (German tongue hexameter lyric: "Besen, Besen sind_s gewesen"). Or with other words , the Shiks warriors return.
Faster! Accelerate!
Copilot does all of these amazing things.... apart from today when the whole thing is down.
lulz - one good reason to have the local run stuff
Thank you.

Seems still in its infancy... not sold yet lol
So basically - HER has arrived! 🧐
Amazing how fast and nimble Microsoft is - the speed of development and evolution is mind blowing. Highlights just how far behind Apple really is.
probably stems from a conversation between gates and nadella about the next big thing not being something MS misses or is coming in somewhat late to.
AWS is still larger than Azure, which is fine, Azure make billions per quarter of course - but if they had way more market share, it would be even more billions. Then you have phone as another example. The were not too late on cloud, which pays dividends moving forward, and they want to be early and central to "AI" - so nadella got the idea and has baically pivoted every subsector of the company to it and invested all that money into Open AI, and etc, etc, etc.
I am not entirely clear why most of the other players are treating AI like some sub-project. Maybe they are more like MS was in the 2000's and MS is now more like THEY were in the 2000's.
Cortana, gone?
AI is oversaturated.
Have you ever wondered how fast companies adopted AI, nowadays, as their primary platform product? Previously we only listened to "cloud"...seems companies try to invent different packages of interest but at the back end is always the same soulless bs. Really, after watching the presentation what did you "really" understand?
Are you a developer? Microsoft build is primarily for developers because Azure is an enterprise platform, not consumer facing. So if you didn’t understand it, it’s likely because it’s not targeted at you (and that’s okay, there are plenty of consumer-facing tech events you can listen into)
Can AI should be able to see my passwords
Best product that ai will recommend is not an objective measure...
this guy shouts really really loud.
Maybe we can learn from his example
No body won't hear you whispering 2 hours on a stage
I believe the critic meant “loudly“, since he obviously intended to use an adverb, not an adjective.
Copilot Team has the potential to be highly annoying.
Not potential. It is.
//build 2023 - AI replaced Software developers.
//build 2024 - AI gonna replace Project managers.
//build 2025 - AI will replace entire employees of the company.
Build 2035 : human will replace AI and save the planet
Finaly we have true recon device to collect all my data and from me and my surroundings for hackers. I feel sorry but you are making me to switch to apple for now. Don’t want a device that monitors me this much.
you already had that device, and its leaking way worse stuff than copilot will ever see (detail location histroy, for example) - or do you not have an android phone or iphone?
you seem to be worrying about the wrong things, and are VERY late in that worrying.
So tired of AI everything already.
Khan academy, interesting student selection 😂
The ai suggested nerd pole to avoid zombies, i think we're okay for now. Big snooze fest of an announcement
This is creepy and disturbing folks. Bottom line: I'm going to keep my 6 year old PC alive as long as possible and resist the AI BS as much as possible. AI is a SPY! Microsoft already knows enough about us.
Microsoft is counting chickens before they're hatched
too many updates maaan! don't know here we are heading, all computer related management jobs are going to go away, later programmers. then without Universal income, economy cannot run!
Was funny to see those dumb AI enthusiasts debating around Google Gemini vs Open AI all over TH-cam 😂
Then, Microsoft came into the game.
You watch, but it's all meaningless drivel 😂
unless you're an uneducated!
MS posted cringe on main...
What does he think himself? if he is a programmer then why did he depend about me for computer viruses?
This was this biggest sales joke of the century. Dang might be time to see the Microsoft stocks if this is it. MS once again attempting to insert a pointless layer of garbage into your day. AI is the biggest scam I’ve ever seems. Makes Y2K look like amateurs
Moloch
See, this is why Apple is never first. You let others be first and see/learn from their mistakes. Everybody hates the buzz word “AI”. I bet everything that when Apple creates its AI, it will never say the word “AI” instead it will brand it with a name of its own. That’s branding and marketing, stop using this generic word!
Yeah like the Vision Pro, what a great hit that was... lol
But to me Apple is backward as far as innovation is concerned.
Also, I don't like walled ecosystem.
Another apple dikrider. Apple has always been bad with AI. Ever used Siri? Apple isn't a cloud provider. So they won't make their own models
@@SAMSONICSCOMPthe walled ecosystem is finally coming to an end thanks to the EU.

Balmer was the worst. He nearly killed Microsoft. Satya is a bit too safe and following marketing trends, but nobody is as bad as Balmer.
Nonsense. Nadella is a great CEO overall. Ballmer was an arrogant twit who presided over steep decline.
Now if Microsoft releases a phone they'll put Google underwater 🫧
Depends on the price.
