@@debs8468 exercising barefoot is better to strengthen the feet, calf and leg muscles. Shoes create a decline in strength since we wear them all the time. The beginner low impact exercises are a great way to start strengthening the feet and ankles. Another thing is that I noticed more affective leg/booty workouts and deeper stretches going barefoot. Again, shoes hinder full potential big time.

This was so fun an quick😍…..Completed my 14 day challenge yesterday💃🏾! I can see results and really thinking about doing it again for 14 days! I’ve been working out with Jo for over 2 years now went from 219 to 162 now trying to build muscle & sculpt! She is an guardian angel for every women out here♥️. Trying to rid all of my loose stomach skin at the lower belly for the first time in 16 1/2 years lol my oldest but abs are slowing appearing. Consistency is all it takes! We got this!!♥️💜💛💐
i never comment on youtube videos but her content is the only thing that’s ever been able to keep me consistent. i started by doing her dance workouts and now it’s been a whole month of doing one or two of her workout videos a day. i’ve gotten so much more toned and i feel so much stronger and i don’t get bored!

It has taken me more than 14 days to complete this challenge. I started, completed 5 straight workouts then I got distracted. Started all over again 5 days later. One thing I am learning is to listen to my body and to give myself some grace. I did not do the workouts 14 days straight but I am grateful to say that today I completed this challenge. I will begin a new Grow w/Jo workout tomorrow. Through this process, I am learning to give myself praise for showing up everyday. Anyone beginning this challenge, you can complete it! it is doable. I am grateful to Jo for her energy, beautiful smile and a "we can do this" attitude. Don't give up on yourself, you are worthy of the investment!!! Thank you Jo, on to the next challenge. :)
I just finished my first day after playing around with working out since having my 2nd baby a year ago and struggling w anxiety and depression. During the cooldown, I just started weeping, so proud of myself for finishing and so encouraged by your smile and silent cheers like you were in the room with me. Thank you so much for this! Jo's workouts are insanely beneficial! It may not seem like you're doing much because your standing but YOU SEE RESULTS! Stay consistent and stay strong everyone...you got this! I have been following her workouts for months and have gained muscle and lost fat and just overall feel healthy...I especially l like adding weights to these ab workouts for that extra burn! That's my exact point...it doesn't look like you'll be doing much because you're standing but you really do sweat it out and feel the burn with noticeable results within at least 14 days. As long as you're really trying to do the workout, engaging muscles and breathing right you are going to see amazing results and feel that burn! STAY CONSISTENT! I enjoy doing her workouts with 2-3kg weights...you can do this too if you feel like you need an extra challenge :) trust the process...I started thinking it was going to be easy breezy but it pushes me and I saw results and I've been hooked ever since! Keep fighting the good fight and I hope you are keen to continue this journey :) ✌🏼
I accept this 14 day challenge. I just completed day #1 of this workout. Please don't think that you cannot get a good workout in 20 minutes because you can. God bless you Jo for turning what you have learned and are still learning and sharing it with the world. I, for one, am grateful. I also received your 5 top tips and it has blessed me. I looked at the videos last night and decided that I would do this one for the next 14 days. I also chose the morning time, before I get started in giving of myself, I am pouring into me first. I weighed and took measurements of myself. I have eating plan as well. I am looking forward to seeing the results. This workout was an intense burn and felt SO GOOD. I usually use a mix of Jo's workouts 3-4 days a week combined with the 4 days I teach group fitness classes. BUT I think for the next 14 days I'll stay consistent with just this Jo workout instead of multiple programs from her. These workouts have provided a necessary mood boost ♡

@@pinkyjanny3227 Dear, Losing weight can mean anything. Just because I have lost weight doesn’t necessarily mean I have lost fat. You can lose anything from your body: water, blood, bone density, muscle, or fat, and that can result in weight loss! And we all want to lose fat, right? Not the other things from our body. The fact that she transformed her weight from 88 kg to 80 kg in just 10 days means it’s most likely that she lost water from her body. She might have been bloated or something like that. Losing 8 kg in such a short time definitely wasn’t fat. That’s not humanly possible. Losing body fat happens over a period of time and not overnight. And so, how do you know you're losing fat and not other things from your body? Well, one of the good ways to recognize that you're losing fat is that you'll start to see your muscles and body being toned as time progresses, and you'll also feel more energetic.
I am thrilled to say this is a great workout for us bigger girl! My SW was 253.8 on April 29th I am currently 237.8 (may 21) I strictly only do her workout works and fast.
This is my day 7. I missed yesterday. I asked myself last night, "Are you going to feel bad if you miss a day?" I really had to think about this as my body was worn out from having to walk 3 miles, because my bus broke down. Luck for me it was only 3 miles because I live in the area. I'm thankful that I am in shape enough to have walk for that long.The workouts really do help. I didn't feel bad at all. I gave myself permission to take a break😁. In hindsight, it was self love💯. I really am growing. Years ago I would have been upset and thrown off for the rest of the week. This journey is amazing😁❤❤❤💯💯. Jo I am thankful for the motivation❤❤❤❤💯💯💯💯😁😁😁
Challenge complete! ✅ So I did this one workout for 14 days straight and have been eating healthy. Honestly I haven't lost any weight but I think I'm gaining muscle. I can definitely see that my belly is not hanging over my pants as much. I am 8.5 months postpartum so it's hard to find the time so these workouts have been great. I will keep at it. On to more videos!
congrats! remember it’s less about how much weight you’ve lost and more about how you’re feeling, how your clothes fit you, etcetera. i’ve gained weight but i think it’s more muscle than anything because i look and feel better.
Not gonna lie that was tough for me. I had a full hysterectomy and a scarectomy that took about 3sq in of lower ab muscle and tissue in November. I’ve gained 40 lbs since and it’s been tough physically and emotionally. I love your videos bc I feel like you’re a normal person I could hang out w and not a fitness Barbie who makes me feel fat and weak. You’re encouraging and I feel validated. Thank you! I’m on my 2nd week w your videos and already down 4lbs but most importantly I feel better!
I had a hysterectomy and gained weight too. It's so hard to push myself now. Before my surgery I was doing so good and lost 40lbs but since have gained every pound back.

Was not expecting to sweat this much 😅 burned 131 calories , heart rate range 84-169! Average was 144. Great simple , effective workout ! My toddler and I have a cold today and was not expecting to get any movement done, but I can always trust in you to deliver a quick , simple and effective workout in the comfort of my own home . ! Can I just say that I just found these videos and I’m so excited to try them out because 1) apt/condo friendly with the limited space, 2) no heavy or pricy equipment, 3)it’s beginner friendly and great for literally all ages! I can do this with my younger cousins and my grandma at the same time!, 4) no expensive gym membership that I may or may not use and end up wasting money on. 5)I can literally look back to this video any time and do it again! Plus you’re there to do it with us and not just tell us a move. It’s like hey if you can do it throughout these 20min then I can do it too! You really leave us with no reason not to get up and move! Just statutes this journey again. Jo helped me loose 20 pounds in 2 months doing her exercises 3-4 times a week, following healthier food choices for a meal and being consistent. Also most important avoiding STRESS! Thanks Jo!

THE BEST PART IN MY LIFE. I found some of gym sessions like this but they just focuss on the moves. NO WATER BREAK NO COOL DOWN SESSION and you do different way with all the steps. I love you Jo and will be consistent with 14 days process. ❤❤❤

On the days I don't feel like working out, I come to Jo... like "I'm here Jo what you got". And the first thing I hear is "congratulations". Jo you are so motivating and I wish I would have found you two years ago, but timing is everything and I have been consistent with workouts now for two months.
Day 14 of 14 done💪🏽….Woo Hoo jumping around like Jo. Results I only measured my waist for this challenge. My waist was 32.5 and it is now 31.2. Please note I also do other Jo workouts everyday in addition to this ab workout but it works. Good luck to anyone starting out or who is embarking on a Jo journey her workouts will not disappoint

And boy do I understand about the knee I just had to get a cortisone shot in my left one from my ortho and it’s a lot better. Before that I would modify anything that had me bending that knee too much. Wishing you the best and success as you continue on your workout journey.
My 2nd day doing this workout! I’ve done many others as well ever since I found her channel recently. Im at 174 trying to get down to 155. I’ve been pushing hard since doing this second week of your workouts and I’m telling you I’ve never sweat this much doing a workout at home!! Im going to try this for 2 weeks straight and hope to see results !!

Just a suggestion! Maybe try adding written text in the screen with tips like: tightening core, breathing, etc. I saw you mouth tips but it would be nice to see what were saying. But I love you videos!!! Don’t ever stop please ❤️❤️
Day 1: VERY FUN! Definitely a full body workout! It had me itching all over(meaning fat burn was beginning) 😅 Day 2: Kinda difficult today!😩 My back was killing me for some unapparent reason!😢 But I pushed all the way through! 🤩 Didn’t modify or anything! Got to say I’m proud of myself today! 🥳 Day 3: Today was full of work😭 didn’t get a chance to do the workout! 😭😭 So I’m going to add another day ! 😅 Making it 15 days in total!😮😂🤦🏽♀️ WILL NOT GIVE UP! Day 4: My 5-year old niece worked out with me for a good 10 min! 🥺 Today was much easier! But I got a little dizzy when I neared the cool down.😥 That did NOT stop me!😅Paused it, waited a bit, then I pressed play and completed it! 🎉I had to finish, especially after not doing it at all yesterday!😂 Got done,felt good!🤩 Will NOT give up, neither should you! Day 5: Easy! I was very thirsty, mouth dry and all!🥵 So that made me a bit tired!😪 But I completed it!🤩 It’s all about endurance!🥳 Day 6: Went out for the entire day to visit family! 🥰 So when we got back home, we had other tiring things to do.😅 So that added on to my lack of sleep.😢 Missed the workout today.😭 Another day to add.😔 I WON’T GIVE UP! 😤 Day 7: Today makes a week! I have 9 more days to go!😅 Got to get it done! 😊 And WILL DO! I started this challenge on 1/31/23. Today is day 2! To be honest it was hard for me to get out of the bed to workout but I did! I told my husband that I’m challenging myself and he can hold me accountable.
WOW, what I have to say to you ? THANK YOU. I NEVER SWEAT THIS MUCH WHEN I HAVE TRIED WORKOUTS IN THE PAST. I felt nauseous towards the ends, but I am sweating buckets !!!.. I just found out that I am 212 pounds, I want to loose it.. my knees have been hurting a lot for the past 2-ish years.. CHEERS TO DAY 1 out of many !
Standing abs for sure. My absolute favourites are your 10, 15 and 20 minutes workouts. I feel so sweaty and proud after a 20 min workout, but if I'm having a rough day for any reason, I know that your 10 min workouts have my back and I'll have a "non zero day" regardless, which is just priceless.
So.....I was a week in and watching what I ate, plus doing intermittent fasting and increasing my water intake. My pants were getting looser in the waist! But this morning I had an emergency with my daughter and pulled my knee (I have CP so it needs rest, no huge injury), but I'm starting from Day 1 tomorrow AGAIN. I love her videos and I found what actually works for me!!
I am 7 days now on this workout. I am melting but I feel so good with myself. First day I was 86.1 kg Update : Today I completed the 14 days workout challenge, I lost 1.6 kg I am so happy. I will continue working out tho
Today is Day 1 for me. Some of the exercises I wasn't able to do full out, but I did all of them to the best of my ability. Loved feeling my ab muscles. I was injured and on crutches for three years, plus I'm almost 60 years old. I haven't seen my waistline in YEARS. LOL. Hopefully, she'll start to reappear by the end of the 14 days. FYI: I'm also doing a DYI facial for acne during this workout, for the next 7 days. (Honey, milk, and nutmeg).

This workout was a really good way to start my day. I’ve been doing Jos videos now for a month and can definitely feel the difference and see the difference. She makes working out feel fun and not a chore and I love the variety of types of workout videos and different lengths as well to show that sometimes all you need it 10-15 minutes to at least get that body moving! I have done this for seven days and it works! After 3 days I notice a change in my body. I have got to get my meal plan together. I know I could see if better results. I love this workout!
I've been doing this one every day for 2 weeks now and I haven't lost weight or seen any difference in my belly 😢 but I'd have to say I find it MUCH easier to complete now than I did the first day I started and I sweat a ton! hoping that if I keep doing this daily I lose some extra chunk 🙏 thank you for the fun workout !

I have had 10 surgeries in the last 15 years and 4 of those were spinal surgeries. I spent 7 years stuck in my home trying to get better and a few years ago I finally slowly started to gain some life back. I am 6 months post-partum and loving your videos! I have lost all the baby weight, but want to be active and tone. Doing my check-ins! I've been doing this video every morning and taking a 30-1.5 hour walk in the afternoon. Days 1-9: ✔️
Used to be a runner before I moved to the US 8 years ago. Settling in with the kids alone, fell into depression, gained 40lbs and have not been able to get up…. Found these videos and I am making a commitment to give myself a new beginning. Lined Up 20 mins Beginner GWJ work outs for 6 days a week to start up my heart (cardio). DAY 1 - was okay. I modified some when my heart was about to burst, paused and took breaks but finished the work out. Had 3 or 4 beads of sweat down my face 😂. That's fine, I hardly sweat. At least that shows my heart pumped a bit. Will move to the next video for tomorrow.

I’ve been working out with your videos 3-4 times a week as well as better eating and I’m down 16lbs since July 25th. I was almost nearing a size 20 after my baby boy was born and today I’ve been able to button up a size 14 pair of jeans :)
My brother passed in 2019 then COVID hit in 2020 - so I pretty much haven't left my house or even my bed since then. I so miss my old body and want so badly to get back to a place of health. So far you have had the best workout videos I've seen! So motivating, it really feels like we're in this together! (Sorry if this was oversharing - just feeling really good about myself and want to express it!) Day 1: I did the whole workout!! I wasn't expecting to make it through the whole thing! But I did slow down significantly compared to how fast you were moving LOL - very proud of myself and hope I can hold onto this motivation. :) Day 2: I did it today too! I feel like you can so easily lose it after day 1. Especially with how sore I was this morning! I may have put it off for most of the day and it's 8:30pm right now - but hey, I still did it. Proud of myself. Day 3: Was on vacation for a few days but now I'm back at it. My friend even asked to join me from here on so even more motivation! My arms are killing me LOL

I'm doing this for a 2nd time.. this time with added workouts targeting other parts of my body too, like hip dips and glutes... The 1st time I did it with 1 other cardio workout and some yoga... thats how I started. This was at the end of January. I did it daily for at least 2 weeks. I started with 47in around my waist. I recently bought a 42 in sweat belt by accident but it fits so it motivated me to start over again. Keep up consistency, eating right, and drinking a ton of water and you'll notice a difference. You have to be willing to make subtle but quality life style changes to see a difference. YOU GOT THISSS!!

Hi Jo! I did it for two mornings straight. Today was the third day and I was a bit down because: a) I wasn't eating right b) My weight wasn't going down (unironically) So I wasted most of the morning thinking negative thoughts but then I looked in the mirror and noticed that even though my weight is stuck and all, the consistency in workouts is DEFINITELY showing in my body and particularly around my abdomen area. Now I didn't measure anything but this motivated me a LOT. I was like, girl, eff the scale, look at that tummy!!!! And so, it's 09:30 pm in Pakistan I put my kids down and did this for my day 3! Plus: your motivational posts today were exactly what I needed to become more positive. Thank you ❤️

I did it! I did the 5k steps n continued with abs. I'm dripping with sweat, tired but feel so rejuvenated. tq for those simple to follow steps. this is my second day. wish me well as I continue my journey to lose weight.

Day one: tried this - my abs were sore from a workout I did the day before, so I couldn’t finish it :(( I did about half, then tapped out, but i still felt a burn! Day two: put my favorite workout playlist on and had SO much fun!! I finished the entire workout, then did a stretch routine to cooldown too.
Started today date dec 6 2023 Weight 62 kg, height 5.5 feet, after c section my over all body has a drastic changes, all the dress size has been changed from xs to M currently.. I am going to attempt to do this for 14 days: Day 1: SWEATY but completed it, slowed down on any moves that I needed to improve my form on👍🏻 Day 2: SWEATY, but had a better idea of the moves and didn’t feel as out of breath. Day 3: I didn’t have time to do this workout today so opted for a walk instead, will get back to it tomorrow. Day 14 ✔️ and was at Bruno 🥰. Jo everything you do for a magic. I didn’t quite get the “tracking” but I will say this my body feels stronger and I have a ton of energy and don’t feel as anxious. My mental health has been amazing the past two weeks and I’ve had quite a few challenges and your workouts and motivation and all around badassery have been so good for my soul❤
I am going to do this workout for 2weeks. My back fat is disappearing. My legs are thin. My arms are jiggling. Lower stomach is really flabby. So I am concentrating on arms and abs now. Thank you for all of these workouts. ❤😊

I started this challenge yesterday and wow I struggled through it but I persisted and finished the workout. Today was day 2 and still challenging but I did so much better than the day before. I am proud of myself and Jo's encouragement and energy really keeps you going. 12 more days of the challenge to go💪🏼
Day 11: still going....feeling my thighs still...love how my core feels tighter though Day 12: feel awful because I missed it due to work obligations Day 12 (for real): disappointed that I missed a day so my motivation is a little low...but I went through: the sweat is real but not as much as at first....thighs managing better...abs feeling tight afterwards.... Even if you fall off the challenge...get back on..you got this💪

@@patriciamontoya3779 No mayo, no butter, no milk. No chocolate, no cake, ice cream, alcohol. Exercising twice a day. As of this morning, I have lost 50 pounds. Now, granted, this took over a year; however, the weight didn't come on quickly, so I couldn't expect if to come off quickly! 😉

@@debs8468 exercising barefoot is better to strengthen the feet, calf and leg muscles. Shoes create a decline in strength since we wear them all the time. The beginner low impact exercises are a great way to start strengthening the feet and ankles. Another thing is that I noticed more affective leg/booty workouts and deeper stretches going barefoot. Again, shoes hinder full potential big time.

I’ve been working out with Jo for over 2 years now went from 219 to 162 now trying to build muscle & sculpt! She is an guardian angel for every women out here♥️. i never comment on youtube videos but her content is the only thing that’s ever been able to keep me consistent. i started by doing her dance workouts and now it’s been a whole month of doing one or two of her workout videos a day. i’ve gotten so much more toned and i feel so much stronger and i don’t get bored!

It has taken me more than 14 days to complete this challenge. I started, completed 5 straight workouts then I got distracted. Started all over again 5 days later. One thing I am learning is to listen to my body and to give myself some grace. I did not do the workouts 14 days straight but I am grateful to say that today I completed this challenge. I will begin a new Grow w/Jo workout tomorrow. Through this process, I am learning to give myself praise for showing up everyday. Anyone beginning this challenge, you can complete it! it is doable. I am grateful to Jo for her energy, beautiful smile and a "we can do this" attitude. Don't give up on yourself, you are worthy of the investment!!! Thank you Jo, on to the next challenge. :)
I just finished my first day after playing around with working out since having my 2nd baby a year ago and struggling w anxiety and depression. That's my exact point...it doesn't look like you'll be doing much because you're standing but you really do sweat it out and feel the burn with noticeable results within at least 14 days. As long as you're really trying to do the workout, engaging muscles and breathing right you are going to see amazing results and feel that burn! STAY CONSISTENT! I enjoy doing her workouts with 2-3kg weights...you can do this too if you feel like you need an extra challenge :) trust the process...I started thinking it was going to be easy breezy but it pushes me and I saw results and I've been hooked ever since! This workout was an intense burn and felt SO GOOD. I usually use a mix of Jo's workouts 3-4 days a week combined with the 4 days I teach group fitness classes. BUT I think for the next 14 days I'll stay consistent with just this Jo workout instead of multiple programs from her. These workouts have provided a necessary mood boost ♡

@@pinkyjanny3227 Dear, Losing weight can mean anything. Just because I have lost weight doesn’t necessarily mean I have lost fat. You can lose anything from your body: water, blood, bone density, muscle, or fat, and that can result in weight loss! And we all want to lose fat, right? Not the other things from our body.
The fact that she transformed her weight from 88 kg to 80 kg in just 10 days means it’s most likely that she lost water from her body. She might have been bloated or something like that. Losing 8 kg in such a short time definitely wasn’t fat. That’s not humanly possible. Losing body fat happens over a period of time and not overnight. And so, how do you know you're losing fat and not other things from your body? Well, one of the good ways to recognize that you're losing fat is that you'll start to see your muscles and body being toned as time progresses, and you'll also feel more energetic.
I am thrilled to say this is a great workout for us bigger girl! My SW was 253.8 on April 29th I am currently 237.8 (may 21) I strictly only do her workout works and fast.

I missed yesterday. I asked myself last night, "Are you going to feel bad if you miss a day?" I really had to think about this as my body was worn out from having to walk 3 miles, because my bus broke down. Luck for me it was only 3 miles because I live in the area. I'm thankful that I am in shape enough to have walk for that long.The workouts really do help. I didn't feel bad at all. I gave myself permission to take a break😁. In hindsight, it was self love💯. I really am growing. Years ago I would have been upset and thrown off for the rest of the week. This journey is amazing😁❤❤❤💯💯. Jo I am thankful for the motivation❤❤❤❤💯💯💯💯😁😁😁

So I did this one workout for 14 days straight and have been eating healthy. Honestly I haven't lost any weight but I think I'm gaining muscle. I can definitely see that my belly is not hanging over my pants as much. I am 8.5 months postpartum so it's hard to find the time so these workouts have been great. I will keep at it. On to more videos!
congrats! remember it’s less about how much weight you’ve lost and more about how you’re feeling, how your clothes fit you, etcetera. i’ve gained weight but i think it’s more muscle than anything because i look and feel better.

Not gonna lie that was tough for me. I had a full hysterectomy and a scarectomy that took about 3sq in of lower ab muscle and tissue in November. I’ve gained 40 lbs since and it’s been tough physically and emotionally. I love your videos bc I feel like you’re a normal person I could hang out w and not a fitness Barbie who makes me feel fat and weak. You’re encouraging and I feel validated. Thank you! I had a hysterectomy and gained weight too. It's so hard to push myself now. Before my surgery I was doing so good and lost 40lbs but since have gained every pound back.

Can I just say that I just found these videos and I’m so excited to try them out because 1) apt/condo friendly with the limited space, 2) no heavy or pricy equipment, 3)it’s beginner friendly and great for literally all ages! I can do this with my younger cousins and my grandma at the same time!, 4) no expensive gym membership that I may or may not use and end up wasting money on. 5)I can literally look back to this video any time and do it again! Plus you’re there to do it with us and not just tell us a move. It’s like hey if you can do it throughout these 20min then I can do it too! You really leave us with no reason not to get up and move! Just statutes this journey again. Jo helped me loose 20 pounds in 2 months doing her exercises 3-4 times a week, following healthier food choices for a meal and being consistent. Also most important avoiding STRESS! Thanks Jo!

Hi Jo! I’ve been doing your workouts for just over a week now and started this 14 day challenge yesterday. I’m getting married in August and my wedding dress doesn’t fit by a few inches, thanks to you I’m on track to get in that dress! ❤️
THE BEST PART IN MY LIFE. I found some of gym sessions like this but they just focuss on the moves. NO WATER BREAK NO COOL DOWN SESSION and you do different way with all the steps. I love you Jo and will be consistent with 14 days process. ❤❤❤

On the days I don't feel like working out, I come to Jo... like "I'm here Jo what you got". And the first thing I hear is "congratulations". Jo you are so motivating and I wish I would have found you two years ago, but timing is everything and I have been consistent with workouts now for two months.
Day 14 of 14 done💪🏽….Woo Hoo jumping around like Jo. Results I only measured my waist for this challenge. My waist was 32.5 and it is now 31.2. Please note I also do other Jo workouts everyday in addition to this ab workout but it works. Good luck to anyone starting out or who is embarking on a Jo journey her workouts will not disappoint
Are you doing the GWJ app programs?? If so - which one is your favorite? I was doing one when I started this but my knee couldn't handle it lol looking for a good supplement to this workout!
@@CoronationCreation hi no I haven’t done her app workouts, I do her TH-cam ones. And boy do I understand about the knee I just had to get a cortisone shot in my left one from my ortho and it’s a lot better. Before that I would modify anything that had me bending that knee too much. Wishing you the best and success as you continue on your workout journey.

My 2nd day doing this workout! I’ve done many others as well ever since I found her channel recently. Im at 174 trying to get down to 155. I’ve been pushing hard since doing this second week of your workouts and I’m telling you I’ve never sweat this much doing a workout at home!! Im going to try this for 2 weeks straight and hope to see results !!

Just a suggestion! Maybe try adding written text in the screen with tips like: tightening core, breathing, etc. I saw you mouth tips but it would be nice to see what were saying. But I love you videos!!! Don’t ever stop please ❤️❤️
Day 1: VERY FUN! Definitely a full body workout! It had me itching all over(meaning fat burn was beginning) 😅
Day 2: Kinda difficult today!😩 My back was killing me for some unapparent reason!😢 But I pushed all the way through! 🤩 Didn’t modify or anything! Got to say I’m proud of myself today! 🥳
Day 3: Today was full of work😭 didn’t get a chance to do the workout! 😭😭 So I’m going to add another day ! 😅 Making it 15 days in total!😮😂🤦🏽♀️ WILL NOT GIVE UP!
Day 4: My 5-year old niece worked out with me for a good 10 min! 🥺 Today was much easier! But I got a little dizzy when I neared the cool down.😥 That did NOT stop me!😅Paused it, waited a bit, then I pressed play and completed it! 🎉I had to finish, especially after not doing it at all yesterday!😂 Got done,felt good!🤩 Will NOT give up, neither should you!
Day 5: Easy! I was very thirsty, mouth dry and all!🥵 So that made me a bit tired!😪 But I completed it!🤩 It’s all about endurance!🥳
Day 6: Went out for the entire day to visit family! 🥰 So when we got back home, we had other tiring things to do.😅 So that added on to my lack of sleep.😢 Missed the workout today.😭 Another day to add.😔 I WON’T GIVE UP! 😤
Day 7: Today makes a week! I have 9 more days to go!😅 Got to get it done! 😊 And WILL DO! I noticed that the sweat hits you at cool down! 😎 Something I never would have thought to be true in my case!😂
Day 8: Thought I wasn’t going to get to it today(well technically I got to it the next day at 1:00 am!😂) but I did it! Went half way through it!😅 Got to say I’m proud of myself for even doing that! 🎉 I could have done more, but I didn’t want to wake up my family with heavy breathing! 😮💨 Maybe I should start doing this workout in the morning, when everyone’s up, I don’t have much to do anyway.🙄
Day 9: NO BREAKS!! Today I felt a lot more burn in the stomach! 🤩The feeling we’re all looking for!😅 It was so fun today, and my endurance is getting even better!🤪
Day 10: Again, very fun workout day!☺️But does anyone who works out barefooted have a feeling of a bone popping out of the bottom of their feet!😟 I always have it when ever I do any type of workout that includes my feet(most workouts 😅).
Day 11: I forgot to update y’all last night but I indeed did the workout! 😍 This time I wore a plastic wrap on my stomach, and I put my hand underneath it after the workout and WATER!!! 🥹🤩 YAYYYY!🎉 I was so happy y’all! 😭😂
Day 12: EASY!!! Fun of course! 😅 Had to pause for a minute to make smoothies.😂 but yeah, I put the wrap on my stomach again, and it’s still on now.🤓 Should I sleep with it on?😃 It’s plastic wrap btw!😀
Day 13: Felt very weak from lack of sleep and energy.😫 Skipped today to go to bed early.🫠 Ngl I was sad I couldn’t do it.🥹
Day 14: Did it!! It was very fun but I was still kind of weak.😫

I started this challenge on 1/31/23. Today is day 2! To be honest it was hard for me to get out of the bed to workout but I did! I told my husband that I’m challenging myself and he can hold me accountable.
WOW, what I have to say to you ? THANK YOU. I NEVER SWEAT THIS MUCH WHEN I HAVE TRIED WORKOUTS IN THE PAST. I felt nauseous towards the ends, but I am sweating buckets !!!.. I just found out that I am 212 pounds, I want to loose it.. my knees have been hurting a lot for the past 2-ish years.. CHEERS TO DAY 1 out of many !
Standing abs for sure. My absolute favourites are your 10, 15 and 20 minutes workouts. I feel so sweaty and proud after a 20 min workout, but if I'm having a rough day for any reason, I know that your 10 min workouts have my back and I'll have a "non zero day" regardless, which is just priceless.

So.....I was a week in and watching what I ate, plus doing intermittent fasting and increasing my water intake. My pants were getting looser in the waist! But this morning I had an emergency with my daughter and pulled my knee (I have CP so it needs rest, no huge injury), but I'm starting from Day 1 tomorrow AGAIN. I love her videos and I found what actually works for me!!

Today is Day 1 for me. Some of the exercises I wasn't able to do full out, but I did all of them to the best of my ability. Loved feeling my ab muscles. I was injured and on crutches for three years, plus I'm almost 60 years old. I haven't seen my waistline in YEARS. LOL. Hopefully, she'll start to reappear by the end of the 14 days. FYI: I'm also doing a DYI facial for acne during this workout, for the next 7 days. (Honey, milk, and nutmeg).
Day 6 ✔️ I’ve had a pretty hard week but this has got me energized and boosted my mood the whole week. Thanks so much for all you do to improve whole health ❤.

This workout was a really good way to start my day. I’ve been doing Jos videos now for a month and can definitely feel the difference and see the difference. She makes working out feel fun and not a chore and I love the variety of types of workout videos and different lengths as well to show that sometimes all you need it 10-15 minutes to at least get that body moving!

I have done this for seven days and it works! After 3 days I notice a change in my body. I have got to get my meal plan together. I know I could see if better results. I love this workout!
I've been doing this one every day for 2 weeks now and I haven't lost weight or seen any difference in my belly 😢 but I'd have to say I find it MUCH easier to complete now than I did the first day I started and I sweat a ton! hoping that if I keep doing this daily I lose some extra chunk 🙏 thank you for the fun workout !
WOOHOO 🥳!!!!! I did it!!!! I’m on day for with your workouts and I am LOVING IT!!!!! Thank you for your positivity!!! I didn’t know if I could ever workout again. I have had 10 surgeries in the last 15 years and 4 of those were spinal surgeries. I spent 7 years stuck in my home trying to get better and a few years ago I finally slowly started to gain some life back. I have to be careful and don’t do any moves that bends my bk but these workouts have made me feel alive again!!!!! Thank you 🙏🏼 God Bless you!
I am 6 months post-partum and loving your videos! I have lost all the baby weight, but want to be active and tone. Doing my check-ins! I've been doing this video every morning and taking a 30-1.5 hour walk in the afternoon.

Used to be a runner before I moved to the US 8 years ago. Settling in with the kids alone, fell into depression, gained 40lbs and have not been able to get up…. Found these videos and I am making a commitment to give myself a new beginning.
Lined Up 20 mins Beginner GWJ work outs for 6 days a week to start up my heart (cardio).
DAY 1 - was okay. I modified some when my heart was about to burst, paused and took breaks but finished the work out. Had 3 or 4 beads of sweat down my face 😂. That's fine, I hardly sweat. At least that shows my heart pumped a bit.
Will move to the next video for tomorrow.
Had to leave a comment because this is 6/14 for me on this ab challenge, and it's the first time I had stamina to complete every workout with the intensity and form they each deserve. I am so proud of myself, but even happier that Jo literally smiles and cheers me on along the way. Thanks girl

consistency is important. in the 2 weeks, after doing this video, every day, i lost
3 pounds, 1 inch off my hips, and 1 1/2 inches off my waist
I want to say thank you. ❤ i have 12+ kg left from my pregnancy last April and I Am so happy that i found you. Your workouts make soooo much fun.. you have an amazing energy and you give it to me and my motivation grows. 14 days done! Took me 17 days but I freaking did it. 💪🏾 I lost about 2 lbs, 1.5 inches from my waist and 2.5 inches from my hips!!! Amazing. Thank you so much Jo.

I’ve been working out with your videos 3-4 times a week as well as better eating and I’m down 16lbs since July 25th. I was almost nearing a size 20 after my baby boy was born and today I’ve been able to button up a size 14 pair of jeans :)
My brother passed in 2019 then COVID hit in 2020 - so I pretty much haven't left my house or even my bed since then. I so miss my old body and want so badly to get back to a place of health. So far you have had the best workout videos I've seen! So motivating, it really feels like we're in this together! (Sorry if this was oversharing - just feeling really good about myself and want to express it!)
Day 1: I did the whole workout!! I wasn't expecting to make it through the whole thing! But I did slow down significantly compared to how fast you were moving LOL - very proud of myself and hope I can hold onto this motivation. :)
Day 2: I did it today too! I feel like you can so easily lose it after day 1. Especially with how sore I was this morning! I may have put it off for most of the day and it's 8:30pm right now - but hey, I still did it. Proud of myself.
Day 3: Was on vacation for a few days but now I'm back at it. My friend even asked to join me from here on so even more motivation! My arms are killing me LOL

Hi, I started with Jo kick boxing video. Due to my disability from my stroke, I had to modify some of the movements. Yesterday I saw this video . Today Oct. 5th I began this one. I am really enjoying it with very little modifications. My current weight is 162. I will repost on Oct 18th.

I'm doing this for a 2nd time.. this time with added workouts targeting other parts of my body too, like hip dips and glutes... The 1st time I did it with 1 other cardio workout and some yoga... thats how I started. This was at the end of January. I did it daily for at least 2 weeks. I started with 47in around my waist. I recently bought a 42 in sweat belt by accident but it fits so it motivated me to start over again. Keep up consistency, eating right, and drinking a ton of water and you'll notice a difference. You have to be willing to make subtle but quality life style changes to see a difference. YOU GOT THISSS!!

Hi Jo!
I did it for two mornings straight.
Today was the third day and I was a bit down because:
a) I wasn't eating right
b) My weight wasn't going down (unironically)
So I wasted most of the morning thinking negative thoughts but then I looked in the mirror and noticed that even though my weight is stuck and all, the consistency in workouts is DEFINITELY showing in my body and particularly around my abdomen area.
Now I didn't measure anything but this motivated me a LOT. I was like, girl, eff the scale, look at that tummy!!!!
And so, it's 09:30 pm in Pakistan I put my kids down and did this for my day 3!
Plus: your motivational posts today were exactly what I needed to become more positive.

I did it! I did the 5k steps n continued with abs. I'm dripping with sweat, tired but feel so rejuvenated. tq for those simple to follow steps.

Day one: tried this - my abs were sore from a workout I did the day before, so I couldn’t finish it :(( I did about half, then tapped out, but i still felt a burn!
Day two: put my favorite workout playlist on and had SO much fun!! I finished the entire workout, then did a stretch routine to cooldown too.

Weight 62 kg, height 5.5 feet, after c section my over all body has a drastic changes, all the dress size has been changed from xs to M currently.. Got you video as a motivational. Will try this for 14 days and update the result.

Day 2: SWEATY, but had a better idea of the moves and didn’t feel as out of breath.
Day 3: I didn’t have time to do this workout today so opted for a walk instead, will get back to it tomorrow. My upper area of my stomach does look flatter but I am also watching what I eat so that could be helping.🤞🏻

Day 14 ✔️ and was at Bruno 🥰. Jo everything you do for a magic. I didn’t quite get the “tracking” but I will say this my body feels stronger and I have a ton of energy and don’t feel as anxious. My mental health has been amazing the past two weeks and I’ve had quite a few challenges and your workouts and motivation and all around badassery have been so good for my soul❤
I am going to do this workout for 2weeks. My back fat is disappearing. My legs are thin. My arms are jiggling. Lower stomach is really flabby. So I am concentrating on arms and abs now. Thank you for all of these workouts. ❤😊

I started this challenge yesterday and wow I struggled through it but I persisted and finished the workout. Today was day 2 and still challenging but I did so much better than the day before. I am proud of myself and Jo's encouragement and energy really keeps you going. 12 more days of the challenge to go💪🏼

Day 12: feel awful because I missed it due to work obligations
Day 12 (for real): disappointed that I missed a day so my motivation is a little low...but I went through: the sweat is real but not as much as at first....thighs managing better...abs feeling tight afterwards....
