Every time you see these driven from the cockpit, it's so bizarre watching just how different the inputs are compared with other race cars. They're like two entirely different cars depending on whether or not you have the weight at the back or the front, and you're going back and forth between gentle and smooth inputs to grabbing the thing by the scruff of the neck and forcing it into submission. Wild machines, and an awesome capture as always.
Recorded in 2014-2018 during the Monza Historic, Classic 6 Hours of Spa, Motor Legend Festival and Mugello Classic... ...and only filmed at Goodwood with 70 Years of Porsche Motorsports...
it almost sound like a v8 from the outside but inside its a flat 6 no? or just me? its very loud but the turbo is clearly souded. and dont show this to Greta for the lot of smokes coming out from the car. 💀☺
I love seeing this cars, but I often wonder, whats the purpose of running these older race cars? Are they owned by individuals who just want to drive them to keep them running?
Most of theses old racing cars are own by rich individuals or private teams like JMB classic. And I’m glad theses people exist, thanks to them we are able to see and hear theses legends every years 😉
It's obviously multiple tracks such as Mugello, Monza, Spa and Goodwood but he even put the track name in the onboard footage video chapter. I mean cmon, he does put effort into this, you just need to read
All from the late 1970s and early 1980s; these things were real monsters. And it was an interesting time, as many of the teams and drivers were funded by drug money, and not the legal kind either...

I always thought the K was for Kompressor. Learned something new.
There will never be a time when we’ll be as excited watching a bunch of Tesla plaids being raced around a track
Hmmm... what if they blew up? I see potential.
I'm not much for Porchas but I love that sound ❤❤
Is that a Lightening McQueen❤❤
Does that have fuel injection or carbs? The tuning itself is a miracle!
