Going by that logic every car on the grid is a replica... of course it has new parts but the chassis code is original. This car is the 3rd and final 312P built by Ferrari and raced in period by N.A.R.T.
Omg!!! I've been waiting for an onboard video of a 312p for years. There's a lot of good track videos on the 312p but this is the first onboard I've seen. This and the 330 p4 and the 365 p2 are the most beautiful prototypes ever to race 👍👍
I think it's great to see the in car cams on these older vehicles that you never would have seen this before or heard them in such Glory thank you

People talk about Gordan Murray's T150 Cosworth V12 revving to 12k, but this thing at full song at 12k absolutely floors me compared to the Cosworth engine. Incredible.

412P and P4 are the same body shell. 412P is customer car with carbs while P4 is factory with fuel injection

A great car with a great driver making it all look a bit too easy!. The engineers deserve a big mention in calculating the very close 5th gear ratio gap perfectly matched to the top speed achievable on the long straight.I feel sorry for the younger generation of car enthusiasts . I appreciate we are in 2024 and the invioroment needs to be considered
but the fun and excitement has been totally lost in modern cars for both road and track. Yes a new electric 5 seater Hyundia now has over 600hp and most Super cars have " Automatic" paddle shift transmissions. I do understand this makes them faster allowing the manufactures to advertise the incredible 0 to 60 times. But is anyone in 2024 in a modern car really having fun be it on track on on the road??

@@xavier9147 You are confusing the 312p (V12) with the 312 PB ( Flat 12). The car in the video has a V12 engine.
Need to fix that door so it closes properly. Could be costly.
