  • Here is a compilation of 28 different exercises you can perform using just a weight plate! Sometimes equipment is severely limited, but don't let that be an excuse, you can still ABSOLUTELY get in a solid workout!
    I challenge you to hit each exercise for 10 reps a piece, and let us know how it went for you!
    This video includes exercises that hit all muscle-groups of the body. If you'd like to see more exercises like these, or a video specific to a certain muscle group (i.e. legs, chest, etc.) just let me know in the comments and we'll make it happen!

    This is brilliant! I was thinking about buying a Kettlebell, but after watching this video I now realise I can use a Tri-grip plate instead. I already have a 10 and 15 KG plate, so I can start my Kettlebell swings without actually owning a kettlebell, lol and saving money. Thank you, sir!

    👍👍 I use a kettlebell, when I can't get to the gym, but that plate seems to be more ergonomic in most cases

    I do this twice a day as my daily workout. Currently I am what you might consider “skinny fat” and plates are the only equipment I have, so this is very nice. It gives me a good pump feeling.

    Hi Gritty Soldier, Just getting back into strength training after back op, 66yrs and still pushing. I was doing maybe half of those exercises myself. Love the one's where it hits major muscle groups all at once. Also like the dead lift into a plank then do a row. This being with kettlebells, also medball slams, followed by Goblin squats then standing shoulder press. Thank you for your workouts, you remind me of Greg Plitt.💪💪💪

    Just created a rainy day Playlist with this and one other video in it.
    Dangerous taking 2 10kg plates fror a walk in the rain, now I have no dramas!
    Farmers walk up and down the hall way, blaze those arms! And other areas!

      @@GrittySoldierSir, can you recommend a plate workout for someone who suffers a rotator cuff tear? I used to do that workout with my plates until i over do it now I can’t even lift my right shoulder but i can still do some workouts that not require to go overheads or laterals any workout for me?

      @@thevinrick4935 For some exercises like push-ups, bodyweight dips and bench presses, a Slingshot can enable you to do pressing exercises with a rotator cuff injury. Just make sure you order the correct size.

    What muscles do the halos effect you?
