I do this twice a day as my daily workout. Currently I am what you might consider “skinny fat” and plates are the only equipment I have, so this is very nice. It gives me a good pump feeling.
Hi Gritty Soldier, Just getting back into strength training after back op, 66yrs and still pushing. I was doing maybe half of those exercises myself. Love the one's where it hits major muscle groups all at once. Also like the dead lift into a plank then do a row. This being with kettlebells, also medball slams, followed by Goblin squats then standing shoulder press. Thank you for your workouts, you remind me of Greg Plitt.💪💪💪
This is brilliant! I was thinking about buying a Kettlebell, but after watching this video I now realise I can use a Tri-grip plate instead. I already have a 10 and 15 KG plate, so I can start my Kettlebell swings without actually owning a kettlebell, lol and saving money. Thank you, sir!

@@GrittySoldierSir, can you recommend a plate workout for someone who suffers a rotator cuff tear? I used to do that workout with my plates until i over do it now I can’t even lift my right shoulder but i can still do some workouts that not require to go overheads or laterals any workout for me?
@@thevinrick4935 For some exercises like push-ups, bodyweight dips and bench presses, a Slingshot can enable you to do pressing exercises with a rotator cuff injury. Just make sure you order the correct size.
