I’m a trainer and I’ve been looking to add in some variation and fun/new challenging things for clients. This video made me realize how much you can do with this! Love it
Dude, you blew my mind with this video, you revolutionized my workout schedule, because it's always easy to fall into the same routine and I feel like lifters often lack creative, explosive or complex enough exercises. Thank you! I subscribed!
Having some old judo tatami available, I just lay down 1 tatami flat on the floor at the base of the wall, place one end of the olympic barbell against the edge of the tatami, and that's all. It just stays there, no damages. Also, I like to execute the T Bar Row using a rope under the barbell instead of bare handed. It allows you to widen the hand position at the end of the movement and it really torches the deltoids as well.
I just bought the landmine for my home workout and found this perfect video for a beginner like me. This video would definitely be my primary guideline for landmine exercises. Thank you and keep up the good work!
I bought a landmine a few months ago to attach to my rogue rack. I finally used it last night and daaaammnn!! Shot my heart rate to about 140. What a great exercise equipment. A great way to do cardio too.
This is fantastic! I feel like I can program my next few weeks of workouts with landmine only exercises. This is quickly becoming one of my favourite channels.
As a doctor linked to the fitness industry I can say you're by far, the best out there. Your explanations are always precise, just long enough to keep the interest. In today's video I got tired just watching you. What a great full body work out, man!! Keep the good job💪👍👏
What you're calling the "perpendicular row" is commonly known as the Meadows row, named after famed bodybuilder/ trainer John Meadows who passed away last year I believe.
I cannot thank you enough for the amount of detail in regards to the workouts. My T Bar adapter will be here this week. I had no idea the amount of workouts you could do with this 💯
This is great stuff. I already knew some landmine workouts but I really appreciate showing all the different variations. Landmines have been an awesome change of pace to my workouts.
In the end you mentioned the towel trick for using the landmine on a corner. I like to cut a tennis ball and put the end of the bar inside. Coop, from Garage Gym Reviews, has a video on gym hacks that he mentions it. I've been using it for a while and it works perfectly.
I love that you did so many variations without a handlebar! I have an EZ bar and the ends are Olympic. I got a barbell bomb so that I could use my bar without setting it but sometimes I think I do need to get a floor post that connects to my squat rack. Let me know if you recommend any handlebars for other movements or if one can just do a lot of these movements without handlebars. I am recovering from carpal tunnel, so it’s OK if the grip is bigger for me besides instead of getting the handles that are much thinner.
My barbell is too short for few of these exercises. I have an aerobic pump barbell. Your videos are great, helped me through a broken thighbone injury I got few months ago.
Great video and explanation- had the same thing and followed video, with same tape. Fitted this weekend, so fingers crossed! (Worth adding, in that pack from Amazon, you get two rolls - so one for either side of velex, and about the right length
This makes me happier that I had bought my Titan olympic barbell. The only thing I was using it for was romanian deadlifts, and that's it. This adds so much more. I love the leg press option on this. Fantastic.
Great video: Hi guys can anyone suggest where I can buy the base attachment for the bar, I’d love to me able to do lots of these exercises at home. Thanks
Thank you , very beneficial video! I thought I invented the rotational lift to press 😂. By the way that is a major belly fat burner exercise. - Coming from experience, Be very careful with the snatch , major rotator cuff damage chance! Would start with very light weight.
Please publish a paperback book on landmine exercises. There's nothing out there like what's in this video. I would bring this book to the gym or refer to it when using my landmine at home. You could supplement this video with exercises using various landmine handles.

I’m a trainer and I’ve been looking to add in some variation and fun/new challenging things for clients. This video made me realize how much you can do with this! Love it
How can I become a trainer?
Dude, you blew my mind with this video, you revolutionized my workout schedule, because it's always easy to fall into the same routine and I feel like lifters often lack creative, explosive or complex enough exercises. Thank you! I subscribed!
The focus on core strength with landmines is something I've been looking for. This video provides a solid foundation to work from.
Amazing! I cant believe the number of variations that can be done with this! Its like having the whole gym in just one equipment.
I've use a cut open tennis ball on the end of my barbell to negate damage to the wall
Thanks
Ty so much! This is great 👍

I bought a heavy duty swivel lock castor and replaced the wheel with a short length of steel tube to take a 1" barbell.
Nobody told me this for a long time . I thought damage it and patch it up later .😂
Love how an entire workout set can be done doing landmines
I just bought the landmine for my home workout and found this perfect video for a beginner like me. This video would definitely be my primary guideline for landmine exercises. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Perfect! Just perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Most underserved piece of lifting equipment in the gym and the least understood.
As a doctor linked to the fitness industry I can say you're by far, the best out there. Your explanations are always precise, just long enough to keep the interest.
In today's video I got tired just watching you. What a great full body work out, man!! Keep the good job💪👍👏
