Wonderful bread. Great with fresh butter as it cools off. Quick question from Vail Colorado. Can I freeze the bread dough and for how how long? New to baking so I don’t know a lot except how to adjust to high attitude. Thanks

You are one talented baker, we love that we found your channel the bread has all been so wonderful,and very flavorful without spreads or butter's,I love it hot out of the oven. Neighbors come over for coffee but now they devour you grandma's bread, I gave the your channel we are going to have a taste of,let you know the neighborhood favorite, we gave ourselves till there's peace in the east and exile's can go home to rebuild.I pray we don't get far with this taste test, I want to send anything we don't eat to the children that are so hungry a piece of your grandmother's bread will be such a great lifesaver at this time.(We feel quite bad to have a kitchen and a bathroom in the house that works.)
Made this bread today. Texture and appearance was just like in the video, which was a pleasant surprise knowing my baking skills. But, big but, is the bread did not have any flavor (during or after baking),and no taste of anything. It was very soft, nice looking, but tasteless thing. How can I add taste and bready flavor, just like the bakery one?

I tried to make this bread, and it turned out to be an absolute disaster for me. After following the recipe, and one hour in the bowl, in a warm place, i turned it out onto my bench. Some flour on the bench, and sprinkled some flour on top, and kneaded it. At first, it seemed OK, then it became a sticky mess. No way could i form a ball with it, let alone roll it out. I tried sprinkling more flour, tried a bit more oil. No good, just a sticky gloop of stuff. Sticking to my hands, sticking to the bench. My first time trying to bake bread, and my last. I will go to the store and buy bread. A waste of ingredients. A big clean up. So disappointed. I am no baker of bread :(
