The second house built in 1950 is probably the best built home on here. I just bought a house in Andrews N.C. That was built in 1958 and it’s solid. I only paid 80k cash and it’s a fixer upper, good thing is that I’ve already got 100k in equity in the place and it sits on 1 1/2 acres.
