@@Dunge0n a child’s ego identity isn’t as strong as an adult’s. Children meditate naturally by being themselves. The older we get the more caught up in this false sense of reality (the dream/ego) we become.
A baby lives naturally in being in the same way that animals exist naturally without a concept of themselves. They don’t have a mind created ego.
Meditation is for adults to get back to that natural state of being when we were babies… when we get back to that natural state of being, when thoughts take a back seat and quiet down, we naturally feel more joy and peace. We wake up from this bad dream created by our negative thoughts, and experience life in its purity.

I just watch everything that comes up...all the thoughts and feelings arising and do not change or control them...and if I find myself trying to control them, I watch that too! It's a case of not judging what comes up as right or wrong...an unfiltered observation . You may be surprised at what a jumbled up train wreck we are!...we have a lot of hatred for ourselves and each other...it scares a lot of people off in the beginning to know such things about ourselves...but eventually the inner tirade calms down and settles...and the unconscious patterns in our psyche has less control over us as we have become more aware of our inner workings.

Awe. I love when people get riled up about nothing.
People point at religious texts as if it means something.
We give absolutely everything all the meaning that it has.
We do this individually for certain, and collectively.
Meaning is added by the mind.
The best Jesus texts imo is the book of Thomas.
Jesus spoke nonduality all through the bible too.
He was an enlightened master but all beings are Buddha, most of us just don’t know it.
Meditation will help one to realize we are not the action figure, we are in fact the Buddha. Or the Christ, or Krishna, or Tao, or consciousness whatever one wants to call it, but, can’t use the Buddha to seek the Buddha.
Light seeking light is silly innit.
I Am the light but so is everyone else.
I Am is the Truth as it’s the only never changing, uneffected, can’t be touched or harmed aspect of this dream.
What is never changed since birth and is not affected by anything?
Awareness right? Mind is full of delusions, awareness is pure, clear and it is always and forever. Never born and will never die.
I Am That, I Am, but again, so is everyone else.
We all share the same name, it is I Am.
After that it’s describing the dream, or rather, dreamt character.
We are also the dream characters which can be confusing for some.

Sure. Ok. But that’s your opinion.
Here in reality, one cannot deny I Am.
      Are you here?
      I Am
      What’s your name?
      I Am
This is as much a fact as the god you’re referring to because we are God.
The omnipresent, omniscient “being” is us.
I and the father are 1.
      Who are you?
      I
      Who am I?
      I
      I….and the father are 1.
      Who’s “be-ing” here?
What were you before your parents were born?
What are you if you drop all the adjectives like your name, gender, color etc?
You are the ever present Aware Being are you not?
Look under a rock, who’s there?
      I Am.
At the top of a mountain YOU are there too.
      Who are you?
      I Am.
No matter where I go, I Am there because I Am everything and I Am everywhere.
Who Am I is the most important question one can take into meditation in this life.
What am I, where am I and when am I is good too.
There’s nothing more important than discovering who we really are.
Enlightenment is the greatest gift one can give to this world for you can never again harm another because you will know all beings as oneself.
      Love you ❤
It’s ok if you don’t understand yet, all are guaranteed to awaken at some point.

I recently discovered your channel and wanted to share a quick thought on the idea that happiness is a function of circumstances.
While we may not control every aspect of our circumstances, we do have the power to remove ourselves from dangerous, unhealthy, and destructive environments. Speaking as an older man with a lifetime of experiences and meditation, this perspective has served me well.
For example, if someone finds themselves in an environment that negatively impacts their well-being, it's crucial to remove themselves from these unhealthy surroundings.

Agreed but there is no doer.
“Deeds are done and actions are taken, but there is no individual doer thereof” said Buddha.
I can find no doer. I’ve looked for years.
Things just happen. Everything is just happening of itself.
We can choose what we will do, but we cannot choose what we will choose.
Researchers were actually able to accurately predict, 100% of the time, what people were going to choose 6 to 8 before they made their choices.
There are myriad factors involved in how choices appear to be made, but I’m of the school of thought of scores of hindu, Christian mystics, Buddhists and others who say absolutely everything is predetermined and researchers proved it. It’s amazing really.
Total surrender to what is, to whatever is appearing to happen. This is imo complete surrender to God, although there’s not actually anyone here to surrender.
What an amazing show it all is.
Horrific and heartbreaking and breathtakingly beautiful and gorgeous too.

Yes. First thing in the morning when waking very first occurs before ego kicks in, pay attention to that. Or when falling asleep at night, focus on awareness as the body falls asleep.
Last year I was practicing the evening exercise and for a week I was in what’s called Turiya in Hindu traditions.
I, awareness, stayed “on” as awareness while the body/mind slept.
It was quite extraordinary. DMT produced a very similar experience a couple times where there was a complete detachment of identification with the body / mind.
I saw them there sitting on my cushion but I was not that.
      It was a total detachment.
All that I was was just the bright, crystal clear awareness of it all.
      It’s was a worthwhile practice.
Profound in experiencing it but only profound to the mind.
