I still wonder why Yamaha never came out with a 350 model like they did with the BW series, BW200, BW350 and they also had an BW80. And why the hell did they discontinue the BW series?
You answered my main question right off the bat.. I am 6’-2” and have wondered how comfortable it would be! Would love to get one for my wife (who is 5’-0) and I to ride back roads and easy trails here in Colorado. Really just as a fun getaway activity. Great video man. Will be checking one out soon 👍🏻
Dang seeing it hit 70 miles an hour was exciting, I had a Kymco Venox and rode it from Northern New Jersey to Atlantic City and back. Highway slog was a bore but in town speeds it was great, went through Philadelphia too and that was great
You guys know when you play a videogame like "gta" where you ride a bike and instead of taking corners you decide to go straight and you be like... "man that's so fake it feels the same as in the road" when he get on the field at cruising speed like nothing it felt surreal... i could swear it was fake xd... this little bike is amazing... I just wish they could put the xt600 engine on it so you wouldn't feel like you are trashing it at 10000000rpm on the highway.
Not officially imported into the UK 😢. You could probably ride it through that dumb forever construction site you always pass. Regards, Bob M. South Wales
I thinketh someone messeth up here. Looks like Mr. Redundancy has struck again. Looked for this bike on the website and couldn't find it on the sell list either. It's called Analog technology Sean. You know not digital.
Exit asphalt, enter field. I do that on my DR650 a LOT. I won't own a bike that 1) can't be licensed, and 2) can't be driven off road (legitimately). I have to be able to drive on both.
Your road positioning in the highway is poor. You should be positioned in the centre of the left half of the lane if you're in the right-hand lane in order to be lane-dominating. Otherwise ou invite care drivers into your space. Basic safety consideration.
So cool! My last street legal enduro, was a Honda 650. Never liked the bike. Too heavy on trails and frankly sat too tall (and I’m 6’ 4”). It always felt like it wanted to be flat on the ground. That was 20 years ago. Man, I wish like heck these were available back then.
I wrecked one of these when I was 13 years old dude crossed the center line up a old one lane road and thought he would dodge me in the ditch on my side of the road. 🤦🏼♂️ Hit him head on doing 45mph he was sure he killed a kid but I survived thanks to my helmet and neck brace I wore. Still broke my leg in 4 places and compound fractured my arm had a bone hanging out. That’s fun. The little bike only needed it’s handle bars replaced and it was fine the driver of the truck said I laid the bike down at the last 20 foot and threw my legs up and went into the ragdiator and grill with my left leg. My shoe was wrapped up in the fan belt but somehow it didn’t cut me to bad mostly just broke it in a bunch of places had to wear a cart for 6 months and had to learn to walk again that’s fun.
Maybe so where your from , here in Appalachia I don’t recall that being said. I will say we all know better then to destroy a crop that is not harvested or is growing. Actually after harvesting is when everyone is out taking rides. Some grow “ winter wheat “ but it is really only as a cover crop to give wildlife something to eat during the cold of winter. No one really cuts or bailes it for hay. I can see how it would be best not to for most city people cannot determine the difference between a freshly seeded field-vs- a harvested field. What he did was dangerous imo . If he hit a low spot or soft place the bike would have dropped out and he would have been Peter Pan till that wonderful flight turned into sudden impact.;-) it’s not falling that kills , its stopping suddenly SPLAT .
Shawn... shaun... sean? I'm in the north east. We get snow, and I shed a tear every morning walking by my mt09. My commute is all of 3 miles in town so now I'm looking for a sub thousand dollar beater bike to use even on snowy days because I clearly have a problem. What sort of bikes would you suggest looking for? (This tw200 might be on the list)
I actually just listed to sell my beautiful 95 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 so I could pick up some dirtbikes for the kids and myself. This might make the list - would be perfect in the marshy farmlands here in Northern Utah!
@Jamey Craig Almost the entire southern half and western half are desert. Everything else is mountains and grassland. Cache Valley is fertile farmland surrounded by mountains... really more like Idaho (I'm 30 minutes from the border)
@@kleinbottled79 sure, he has no clue what those words mean...he just picks whatever and runs with it...dont need to explain myself...if ya dont like my opinion go kick rocks...I could care less
I miss mine, I ride a drz400 now, but the tw200 was exremely fun bike, It feels like a mix between a grom and a dual sport
I've been riding since 1964 and owned 26 bikes. The most fun I ever had on a motorcycle was on my 69 Yamaha 250 DT1.
Just looked it up looks light and fun
I bought a wrecked TW200 2 weeks ago. Great bike
Is it unwrecked now? How are you liking it?
I can't even begin to express how much I love the tw200 honestly LOL
i only used it during my safety class MSF but i was impressed with it. i have no complaints with it for what it is. comfortable and lots of fun.
Marshall Maia same exact problem here man but I’m leaning towards the tw200

You gotta love a bike where if someone is tailgating you, you can just ride into a field.
Hey, you guys had already posted this video. I love this bike

I was thinking I was seeing the future, and not even knowing it! :)

Great video man. Will be checking one out soon 👍🏻
I would absolutely love one of these for riding on the backroads near my house and hitting the trails up
Buy one you won't regret it they're mountain goats no road required 😂
Dang seeing it hit 70 miles an hour was exciting, I had a Kymco Venox and rode it from Northern New Jersey to Atlantic City and back. Highway slog was a bore but in town speeds it was great, went through Philadelphia too and that was great
Can you make a video on your camera/mic setup? Your audio is always so clear, while still letting the motorcycle through.
This must be the first.....and only......retro 80s motorbike
Put the choke back in? 😂 Haven't heard that since my childhood on a new vehicle

It would be way heavier and bigger then.
I want third video about this bike
My first bike was a either 89 or 87 TW 200 Red and blue I think Loved that bike.

The lads in retro bikes Dublin imported one . Made nearly 3grand euro

Keep up the Bible verses, bro. You can even make it connect to something in your ride for that specific video
SOOOOOO?? Which one you like better?? Honda CT125. Or the T-Dub ??

People out in the middle of russia use these and call them the 2 wheeled quad.
Will. They are labeled as farm equipment. Awesome bikes though
very cool perspective!!!
It's a Honda CT 70 on steroids... :-)
Bike I used in my msf! Was a fun little bike.
same here. no complaints. nice design.

They’ve been making the tdub since the 80s

Why can't I find this bike in the inventory on your web site? Did it sell already?
U know its disrespect riding on a farmer's field

It's funny. I knew you were riding in PA from the scenery. Everything in PA looks the same. LOL

This is my fave vid of yours.👊

@Melvin Frazier only thing not working on mine is the ABS... and i'm ok with that! haha

@Jamey Craig Very good of you to be taking care of this beautiful planet
🤣👍👍 cops drinking his coffee lmao!!!!
I do not listen to rebuke!
It’s a reprise. We’ve seen this.
I do disagree with the cornfield trip unless you know the farmer, which is quite possible. Respect others property.
You would win a slow race with that and you could probably come to a complete stop and never have to put your feet down, lol
"But I could try" 😂😂😂
This Yamaha Tw speedometer looks like Yamaha Dt
Looks like a bike from the 60s
Rode mine to Cabo
recycled footage and the same words of wisdom twice in 24hrs. thumbs down guys
