Nice vid
You should have used actual sites of attractions instead of similar pictures of similar sites, some of us are actually familiar with these cities!
You are right. This was an error in processing the video. Thanks for watching! I hope to see you around town :)
Having been to both cities many times as well as other cities in Tennessee (I’m from Missouri) Nashville is a great place to visit, but if I were going to live in Tennessee it would either be Chattanooga or Knoxville but I’d prefer the natural beauty of Chattanooga. I’d also recommend no one ever set foot in Memphis, East Saint Louis is a safer place than Memphis. ESTL only has a higher crime rate because its population is significantly smaller than Memphis.
Another greeat video Vaugnn! Well done.
technology? Nashville is getting Oracle and has Amazon.
How did Radio City finds its way into this video?
Good question. No idea how that got past the checks and balances.
Yeah Nashville isn’t NYC… even if they are starting to have a lot of similarities…
Hello pleaz just a question : Chattanooga IS it Diverse ?🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
From my experience visiting Chattanooga, it has some diversity but is majority Caucasian.
Diversity is an ambiguous topic. For some it may be, and others it may not be. As real estate agents, we legally are not allowed to comment on this. Crazy, huh? Answering questions about crime, diversity, and school quality (unless specifically statistical), as well as protected classes are a no-no. But, there are some great websites online that can show you this information. I hope you understand :)
IMO, choosing a place to live based on its diversity is dumb. That said, Chattanooga is a majority white city but it does have other people as well. You will find that Chattanooga has less black people than other large cities in Tennessee, especially compared to Memphis. I’m not sure about other races, because there’s not very many of any other group anywhere in Tennessee. TN is a southern state, however, so it’s not going to be “white-only” anywhere, if that’s what you’re looking for, somewhere like Fargo would be more your speed.
I actually think they're looking for the opposite. @@WestTexasCustomPC
