For extra spiciness one can add schezwan chutney in sauce .
Mock chicken can be replaced with tofu/ soya chunk / paneer ( cottage cheese ) if you use dairy .
For extra crunchiness in veggies please try capsicum ( bell peppers) . Crushed black pepper sprinkled over it makes it divine .

You are doing a great job for the society❤️ I was a hard core non vegetarian till I visited a farm and witnessed the horror of the dairy industry. The cow is inseminated painfully every 6 months so that calf is born. The calves are taken away immediately without a single drop of milk. The male calves are transported to the slaughterhouse to be killed on the very day. This process continues for some years till the cow is completely exhausted and later sold for meat. That’s the milk we consume. I literally had sleepless nights after watching the cows, their udders become so big they can’t even move. And they run to save their babies from going to the slaughterhouse.
Thank you for these recepies so that people can choose compassion in their plate instead of pain.

    2 questions if I may...
    1) the chicken....is that just leftovers shredded with a couple of forks, or how did you prepare it?
    2) On a scale from 1-10, how spicy is the sauce? My wife suffers from reflux and doesn't tolerate spicy meals much over a 3-4...

I am julienning tears on how beautiful it is. Do agree on fried chinese cabbage, it maintains a good crunch. Definetly giving a try to this sauce. Peace and noodle 🤍

Looks great -- I do almost the same thing except I add ginger and use lemon juice and a bit of cayenne instead of your acid choices. Sometimes I throw in a teaspoon of hoisin sauce for the sweet.

I would probably choose pasta with ricotta, spinach and dried tomatoes 👌🏻 but, if I had to choose what I could eat for the rest of my life, it would be gołąbki ☺️ it's traditional Polish dish, originaly made with meat, but it can be easly made vegan ❤

....Robin's wide-eyed look 😂You guys are the best team! I will definitely be trying this recipe. I'm not vegan but I love your recipes and approach to cooking. I think bean sprouts would be a nice addition to this dish.

This is one of the dishes that I like to make for my family during the weekend and add whatever I have in my fridge . The sauce I often use is garlic soy sauce with a little tahini. It's also one of the popular dishes that people have for breakfast in Taiwan.

Heard of vegan chicken very first time (googled it, found it fab), gonna try must. The recipe is awesome, cause noodles are loved by everyone. It gives the feeling of filled tummy, the taste is a burst of spices, veggies make it healthy too. Kudos.

Great recipe! I adapted the sauce to the ingredients I had but kept in mind your ratio for the perfect sauce, succulent! From now on I'll always keep a little jar of sauce ready to use in the fridge, thank you very much!

About cutting onions: I just cut both ends, then peel it, cut it in half and throw it into a small food processor which cuts it for me in 5 seconds. No more crying!
