    Yoga Nidra "Unwind" is a complete 16 min. training script that can help you relax deeply and touch a place of deep stillness, peace and insight within.
    Yoga Nidra is an an ancient form of guided meditation that has been proven effective to reduce stress, tension, anxiety, sleeplessness and many other psychological disorders.
    Yoga Nidra induces the mind to transition from the waking state, through the "hypogonic" state (between waking and dream), into dream and deep sleep states. This transition however is not done unconsciously. Using the tool of Yoga Nidra the transition is done with full consciousness and allows the practitioner to access layers of the subconscious mind will clarity and mindfulness. This allows for the release of many negative patterns in the mind to unravel and ultimately dissolve.

    I found this video 7 years ago and it has helped me over and over through that time, throughout a family member just surviving a horrific accident, my mother getting through viscous cancer treatments, my own depressing divorce, and the start of some agonising chronic conditions that have robbed me of my *usual* life... THIS video has been a place for me to rest, clear my mind, sometimes sleep, and generally feel better. Thank you so much for 25.45 minutes of utter peace. x

    Best meditation guide on youtube. Best soothing voice. Tonight is my 4rth night of yoga nidra using this vid. Meditation is supposed to be done everyday to feel the benefits i heard so i tested it consistently. Now I sleep better, improved memory retention because im studying now, improved attention and presence of mind I can complete the vid now without distractions, decreased my anxiety and lifted my mood.     I think the voice is the most important part for yoga nidra. She has a deep, calm, soothing voice.

    I began doing a Yoga Nidra daily after my husband was very ill. For years it sustained me. Then I got out of the practice. This lovely, deep relaxation is now helping restore my inner strength again, as my son recovers from serious surgery.

    Love this Yoga Nidra Meditation...Always so relaxing to listen to this....I love that there is no music in the background so that we can all relax in peace & quiet....I usually do my own yoga Nidra at bedtime & I go to sleep before I finish the whole body relaxation....Yoga Nidra is the best ever relaxation on Earth....The only thing that helps me to really truly relax all the muscles is this yoga Nidra process ….Thank you :)

    I just found this yoga nidra that gave me a glimpse of what the buddhists call nirvana. It is on a channel called naked reality. If anyone is looking for that sort of thing. definitely recommend it.

    My favourite yoga Indra on yt. Most of them have too much waffling information where clearly the instructor is drunk on the sound of their own voice! This is minimal and the voice deeply calming. Thank you.

      I had the same experience. I sold my recorder and had left Yoga Nidra tape in the machine. So pleased I came across this one. Beautiful soothing voice, so important for relaxation.

    I've been having constant headaches for the past 6 weeks and I've had a non-stop headache for 5 days so I asked my auntie about what to do (she's a nurse) and she suggested yoga Nidra so I tried it and my headache is still there but it's certainly soothed and calmed a little but and I only did about 8 minutes of this as I couldn't really concentrate. So thanks!

      Try raw ginger.. I also like coconut water. Lavender or mint oil might help. Cold compress and an Epsom salt bath.

    I used this thruout my 8 months prep of my homebirth. We had a calm n peaceful one in d bedroom. Even now,6 mth postnatal i still use it. The voice is frm her heart. Thanks babe for this video.

    Yoga Nidra can be practiced at anytime but it's best to do it when you are NOT going to fall asleep. Though it can be used as a aid to fall asleep, it's real benefits come when you can maintain wakefulness throughout.

    I don't want to steer way from this one, since it's the only one i've tried. Usually I'd explore around with such things but I was able to noticeably relax muscles on demand the first time I watched this video. I get better at it every time I listen to it, for now I'm comfortable with the practice, the instructors voice and the experience as a whole. +Yoga Nidra Guide My deepest Gratitude and love

    Yes Daniel, yoga nidra can benefit young children but it can be really challenging to get anyone under 7 years to stay still for so long :)
