    Thank you so much! You really help bring these somewhat vague ideas of "emotional well-being" into a down to earth, real, and practical way to address these core human experiences.

    very helpful, and interesting nuance : I suddenly realized I skipped the step actually "accepting" my emotions
    yes, I acknowledged them, yes I allowed them. But really accepting (& understanding) them apparantly makes the difference. by doing that - all of a sudden I felt a big sense of relief in my body. as if a part of me could finally relax now I accepted the emotions :)
    makes sense. I guess I usually still judge that I feel the way I feel, below the surface
