Today in my video i am going to tell you a way to prepare crispy sandge from sabudana.To make sandge from Sabakki or sabudana is very easy. Just with half kg of sabuduna sandge enough for a year can be prepared. It will be crispy aswell as healthy. Compared to other it is easy to prepare the sabudana sandge.
It is also called as sabudana happla, sabakki balka, and also simply sandge.
Ingredients are very simple but it takes time and requires intrest.
To prepare this firstly soak the sabudana for overnight and in the morning cook it in a pressure cooker. Later on using a mixer make a fine paste( there must not be any lumps in it) Add 3-4 chillies and some hing(asafoetida) make a paste out of it and add it to the early made sabudana paste. Add some jeera( cumin seeds) and mix it. Now take a banana leaf spread the sabudana paste. Let it sun dry. After it dries you will be able to use it throught the year
ಇವತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಬುದಾನದಿಂದ ಗರಿಗರಿಯಾದ ಸಂಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸಬ್ಬಕ್ಕಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಬುದಾನದಿಂದ ಸಂಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಪಟ್ಟೆ ಸುಲಬ. ಒಂದು ಅರ್ದ ಕೆಜಿ ಸಾಬುದಾನ ಇದ್ರೆ, ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವಷ್ಟು ಸಂಡಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಗರಿಗರಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರೋತ್ತೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಉತ್ತಮ. ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಬುದಾನ ಸಂಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದು ಸುಲಭ. ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಬುದಾನ ಸಂಡಿಗೆ, ಸಾಬುದಾನ ಹಪ್ಪಳ, ಸಬ್ಬಕ್ಕಿ ಬಾಳ್ಕ ಅಂತಾನೂ ಕರೀತಾರೆ
ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಾನಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆ, ಆದ್ರೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಬೇಕಾಗೊತ್ತೆ. ಸಾಬುದಾನವನ್ನು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಇಡೀ ನೆನೆಸಿ ಇತ್ತು. ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು, ನುಣ್ಣಗೆ ರುಬ್ಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು 3-4 ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಇಂಗು ಹಾಕಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ರುಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಬುದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ, ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಆಮೇಲೆ ಬಾಳೆ ಎಲೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಬಿಲಿಸಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣಗಿದಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡರೆ. ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಬಳಸಬಹುದು
