    Totally agree with this video!my personal experience of losing around 50 kg eating only roti,sabzi,dal,rice & salad..had consulted a dietician before staring weight loss who said to exclude roti completely but I just couldn’t as have been eating roti all my life..so I just stuck to eating a calorie deficit diet & didn’t exclude roti!🤟😎

    Very good and knowledgeable video. I am trying to loose weight and I was avoiding roti being a Punjabi. it was my biggest mistake. I was on only chicken and eggs and some fruits which I also feel that it's not practical for my whole life. We should be fit not only slim. Sir if you can do please do make a complete video for a good and healthy diet. That how to eat clean and healthy. We shall be very thankful to you.

      Take a 5000iu daily vitamin d cap or take 60000iu sachet once in 10 days
      If deficient u may need more frequently

    Awesome video! You are the only fitness coach, TH-camr I follow and learning so much from you. Sir, I was desperately searching for the answer of this question that how many Rotis I should eat everyday. I already shared with you that I am doing park and home work-outs. It helped me, I loose the weight but stomach abs are still not visible. Trying hard everyday. But, the problem I don't know what to eat. I mean I eat 3 Rotis 2 times in a day, no junk food, no spicey, no road side food. Nothing, at all. I am eating 2 boiled eggs everyday, roasted channas, pulses, soyabean.     I actually switched from roti to jowar and lost some weight. The calories and exercise remained the same. My uncle switched from wheat from jowar with everything else remaining the same. His sugar level stabilized. My north indian relatives switched and they lost weight with all other factors remaining the same.... Lots of doctors recommend millets over wheat...
    Every foreign study supports wheat because these studies originate mostly from US/Canada/Europe/China/India (all economic Giants) which are largest wheat producers in the world. That is why all studies support wheat.... Millets are mostly grown in Africa and and some parts of India... There is no way in the world that millet manufacturers can out- market wheat manufacturers. You can get your facts right ....

      Calories in all grains is 4 cal/ gram
      Grains differ from culture to culture
      Most of north india eats wheat, other indian parts eat, jowar, bajra, raging etc.
      Most east and south eats rice
      Is everyone fat and sick
      Any doctor who recommends it please tell him to.prove me the difference with studies
      Open challenge in public
      Have u read research
      They re from.all across the world and not just western countries, check the indian journals
      Ur opinions is ur personal choice not based on facts

      you are saying that calories and exercise stayed the same, then how can you possibly lose wait? Weight loss works on one simple concept- calories in vs calories out. Thats it. You can't magically trick your body into burning more calories by switching some portion of your diet with other. There are no safe to consume pills that can hack metabolism rate(there are some substances that can hack the body into burning more calories but they are very dangerous and can even lead to death). Regarding your uncle's sugar levels I just have one thing to say - Correlation is not equal to causation.

      Problem is not with the brain what we use but how we make security for example in case of wheat roti the salt and oils are added in the dough but in case of Jowar roti nothing is added simply the floor and water

      spata along with calories in and calories out u have to consider insulin spiking as well..when i take three meals a day same calories i lose way less weight as compare to when i do take 2 meals and same amouny of calories with inetermittent fasting so calories in and out matters but insulin hormone plays a big role..:jowar has lower glymic index perhaps thats y this guy lost weight

    carbohydrates is key enemy in indian diet. also protein in dals is good but our body doesnt absorb without adding some vitamin c to the diet. so adding lemon is good. so increase protein and fibre and cut down carbs(carbohydrates).
