They indicated they need the original 360 who first voted for it to make it happen. Also if it happens they will do two versions including a blue one.
Think it will be a non-starter. Can’t see enough people wanting to pay over £1.5K - probably nearer £2K after tax and shipping - for a vehicle design that is very basic. Appreciate the high cost is down to a low production run and having to create the very expensive moulds, but can’t see many extras being added by Joost, as think the level of support for this won’t allow it. The difference between the ‘89 and this will be night and day, and for a similar price….
I remember when this was announced everyone was saying yes to getting it made. They did a new poll yesterday on fb it was not looking good on votes out number people saying they don’t want it. just check now the not preorder poll has be removed from the options.
For what its worth, No current Mondo Animated figures can sit flush (without damaging the figure). He does plan to offer figures based on the Animated series.
It looks like the cockpit is too forward, rather than the 70/30 hood... but I guess artistic interpretation
If he is correct, staying close to the actual vehicle would make it like 5 feet long. Some things have to change for production of a make believe car.
@@paulbuoniconti5275 that's why I guessed artistic interpretation but accurate to those WB blueprints shown. Happy to be proved wrong in this case.... This isn't my batmobile..... but those who do go for it will doubtless get a well researched car.
9 inches high is pretty thick. It will get made if enough people around the world want one. I think it's a pretty cool item to shoot for. Batman sells.

Pass. I will only consider a tumbler from Jazz with significant improvements over HT
It's all about the 89 Batmobile.
For most.
For me, the 89 is overrated imo.
I prefer realistic function over a pretty shiny thing. Tumbler = Lambo tank.
That makes the most sense and has the most practical application for all Batman does on wheels.
I was 14 the summer of 89 and that movie and that car was everything & for me it still is.
He has said several times he has no intention of making a tumbler and he likes the HT one.
He says that based on the fact that HT has done it and he doubts he could sell enough to make money with them being available. If their was enough support... I'm sure he would do it and I'm sure lots of people would upgrade for the interior cockpit detail alone
So I voted no on this one. I have the original Justicemobile, 22 clean and the ‘89 on order. I can only do financially 1 vehicle every 1-2 years… Have to let my wallet rest. That being said I hope he revisits the Arkham knight batmobile, Hot toys made so many figures for that line it seems crazy to me that it was so far down in the polling.
He said he has the license for it and it will be like $2000+ dollars
Looks very bland for my taste.
