The way to advance is simply to do what you can. Meaning safely, working with your body and within your current limitations. Meaning you can adapt exercises, do less, or even leave out some of it altogether for now. But it also means to stop making excuses for yourself. Just do what you can.

What I have learnt is....even if you can do ALL of these moves individually(I am not speaking about myself)..combining them seamlessly like you do takes additional practice....what you skirted around you now have no choice but to get right in order for you to to do these combinations

Ok, I'm a 60 year old guy who works out everyday. I look young and I'm laughing my ass off. I couldn't do any of this even when i was young. She's a badass.

Yet i lost the little motivation i had. This is impossible for me to do And can't even imagine this is " prep to a warmup before a workout" I don't even wanna know whats next 😂
