Hey Summer, always enjoy and love your videos and I am already seeing results in my upper body and core. I started my callisthenics journey in the beginning of December 2022 and last week I achieved my first crow hand balance moment 🎉❤ I’m doing your beginner follow along 3-4 times a week along with other workouts. I’m very grateful for your guidance and the motivation you radiate so much positive energy! Before I started with the workouts I had joint pain and my arms and neck were mostly hurting and wasn’t feeling strong but now the pain is gone and I feel stronger than ever 🥹🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Alarm! I am so happy to hear that! Congrats on getting your crow!!! That must have felt soo good. Glad to hear your pain is going away too! Appreciate you reaching out and letting me know how things are going 😊Makes devoting time to producing more content worth it
I am 3 months post partum with number 2. I have lifted for 22 years. Before my first I could do 4 sets of 8 strict pull ups, dips, pistol squats, crow and handstands. Your videos are helping me get back to it and hopefully beyond where I was prebabies. Thank You for all your work, your workouts are much appreciated.
I am 67 years young, dedicated and have recorded every workout I've done since 1985. Your Calisthenics Workouts have benefitted me in both strength and flexibility. Planning to try your bowls next!
I LOVE that you do the beginner assisted visuals the whole way through as well. Thank you so much for this! As someone starting out morbidly obese Calisthenics "beginner" videos can so often feel EXTERMELY intermediate none the less because they are always being done by fit people. Your videos so far have been MUCH more forgiving and informational and it is Extremely valuable. thank you so much for your excellent teaching methods.
Thank you for these!! I’ve been doing 2-5 a week and my back pain is starting to go away. I do a lot of driving for my job and am in school so your workouts and mobility vid have been a God send! Thanks for your time and energy ☺️
Thank you Summer for the great mobility warm-up! I originally did endurance as performance sports and started calisthenics last year. I know what it‘s like to not even be able to do a push- or pull-up. Really glad I found your channel. You provide so much good material to actually learn from the start. 😊
So I just stumbled on your channel feeling like I've been making no muscle building progress, feeling isolated and I honestly felt like nobody else has similar goals as me until I came across your channel and watched a few vids. I'm also a plant parent (theres something about fitness and plants that is perfect). I hope your plant babies are doing well! Anyway your routines and diet have inspired me so much, I'm going to make a change, try this smoothie bowl and start doing this warm-up before my workouts, one step at a time, thanks!
you're likely not going close enough to failure if you aren't seeing hypertrophy results, or you aren't getting enough protein/sleep but the former is more likely
Just found your vids and I gotta say. I thoroughly enjoyed it, currently a bit out of breath but I see it as what to get past/evolve from. Will be using this on rest day/before training/possibly when waking up. I'm just now getting back into Calisthenics myself and look forward to adding this.
My mom has never been one for stretching or any formal exercise, but this lil video got her kickstarted at 66! Awesome energy and presentation. The only suggestion I would make for your more beginner focused content is specifying 'muscle contraction', in terms of what you should be feeling in a specific stretch or movement. Keep up the fantastic content 💪😁
I did some advance moves, but on the last one, I couldn't hold it any longer( the hands in between the legs in a deep squat. That was a killer. I ❤ the workout.
Awesome video! Stretching and mobility is somethings I always (stupidly) neglected until switching from just lifting to focusing on calisthenics/body control and your channel has been very helpful since! 😊
Saluti dall'Italia
What the fuck was that blood occlusion, that was wild. This was fantastic. I'll probably do a few more follow alongs before I get it down. I loved the pigeon to forward lunge too. So many great exercises. Thanks!
omg i need to do this every day- SO BADLY ... I've been consistent with working out for years but my mobility is terrible and I am so tight!!!! I am going to try to do this at least 3 times a week ... wish me luck
Hi Summer! Love this mobility routine! I was wondering what the purpose of the last one is with our wrists between our legs? Thank you so much for your videos!
I wish there was a way to smash that heart button to show my appreciation, but I'll stick with the comments. Thank you sooooo much for this, just started my calisthenics journey and your videos have been super helpful 🥰🥰🥰
Hi, I really liked the extensor training in the deep squat at 12:36 , I've not done that before, it was very cool and also weird. Also, I don't feel like I put my lats through their range of motion with this sequence. Maybe we're built different or we do something pretty differently. Anyway, I like your content and thanks for sharing your journey.
I’ve just started using your videos for my beginner calisthenics journey. I’m following a whole food animal-based diet meat, eggs, dairy, fruit, and honey. It has rid me of all of my gut issues. I love eating fruit still but am avoiding most vegetables now and feel great.
I love animals, so I don't eat their bodies. I also try to minimize my impact on the earth by decreasing the spread of zoonotic diseases by not supporting the meat industry. As well as reducing my environmental impact by simply consuming what the animals eat as I require much less food to be produced to eat compared to the amount of food needed to feed one animal to then feed a human. The United States Department of Agriculture reports that 9.76 billion land animals were slaughtered in 2020. That's more animals raised and killed than we have people on this earth. We produced food for all those animals to eat, yet we have people going hungry. If we instead directed those resources to produce crops for us, we would significantly decrease the many issues people and the planet are facing. There's a reason berries, fruits and veggies are colourful and attract us, whereas seeing decaying flesh does not. Also, there are massive health issues that come from not having enough fibre AND our bodies' easiest energy source is carbs/glucose. Not to mention that processed meats have been Group 2A carcinogen 😱 Humans are mammals meaning that females produce milk for their infants. To consume breast milk from a mother literally goes against what it means to be a mammal. If we were meant to consume breast milk past infancy, our mothers would have continued to produce it for us.
Just finished it. Loved it. Found you randomly . Wanna learn handstand tutorials. Could you please share the cheat sheet of crow pose? I don't use Instagram.
Love to hear that! I don't actually have one out! I normally just focus on relaxing into stretches that target the muscles worked as well as my overall flexibility goals :)
Hi. Amazing. I am going to order some of those powders. It would be great if they had a sample pack to purchase, that way, I would know which ones to order. Should you work out on an empty stomach or how long do you wait after eating to begin training?
Wonderful ! Love it, thank you. At 11:50 I can do the first part of the mouvement but when I got to go back in the 2nd part I just can't. I feel my body will not support me. Why that ? Muscle strenght, bones, joints ? If someone has a clue...
I am relatively new to this account so was wondering ideas for new video - pistol squat workout (may be one for each level beginner, intermediate and advanced). There might already exist so sorry. Have not looked through all videos yet. Thank you.
bruh strong and flexible people are so fucking cool. Like yogis are amazing. But like I also want visible sexy muscles too. How do y’all get here like fr???!

Ooh thanks for the reduced versions. I have mobility issues in my knees because of arthritis and previous injuries. 😊😊
It is great to see that you can get in amazing shape with calisthenics
