I am so glad you said peanut oil. I was expecting canola oil. (Can oil) The only thing good about can oil is it lubricates mechanical things to stop them from binding. Canola oil is banned in most countries.
Catfish is generally a fish breed we don't eat in the UK mainly because we don't have native Catfish, plus with the UK being a small island were surrounded by the sea so most fish we consume is sea fish, although I must admit this Catfish looks yummy😋
