    I loved this session! It's nice to have both 30 and 45 minute options.

    It is almost startling to feel the body after the practice, even for an 82 year old who has followed Astanga for several years. “Complimenti”, as we say in Italy.

    I love, love, love when you give each pose at least a few seconds to get into alignment. I frustrate myself when you flow quickly from one pose to another and find myself just giving up trying to align. Thank you for the extra seconds in this lesson. Namaste

    Also you ask about side rib difference. Definitely noticed when you said to widen the side ribs with inhale. Loved that coaching as it made a difference I could definitely feel.

    I love the 30! I was able to fit it in between morning and evening shifts unlike other yoga practice. 45 would be good but I really was motivated by 30 minutes. Also appreciate the real yoga gals instead of yoga Barbie!! Made me feel like I was in a practice with friends at studio! I don’t mean they are not beautiful! But real beauty!

    I really need to say this because I rarely leave comments. But this is the first time I had a yoga class that had a perfect pace. Not fast and not slow. I wasn't short out of breath and it felt so good. God bless you Tim.

    I feel like this was a silent, but deadly workout- it's going to sneak up on me and I'll feel it everywhere later;) 30 minutes is cool for a quick, before work, or I-just-need-to stretch workout; 45 is great for "new" lesson that requires more practice and repetition (in my humble opinion). As always, thank you for any yoga practice!

    I really like this class. Although I'm generally a 60-90 minute student, this feels like a good light-work-kinda-day flow. I'm pretty aware of my core but always appreciate new cues. I think the one that shocked me the most was bending my knee in warrior 3. I love warrior 3. I was pretty sure I kept a minor bend in my knee already but bent it a tiny bit deeper and my glute fired up. I did try to straighten it too just to make sure there was already a bend. Working on building the base of an already accessible posture is something I really enjoy. Like entering the posture differently like how we started from an almost lunge instead of from tadasana. Gratitude! I'm adding this to my personal playlist.

    Loved this session Tim - and the humor lol, almost like being in a 'live; class! Thanks to you & the ladies...much prefer the 30 minute sessions like some of the other guys posting here, particularly as it's very hot in Wales at the moment.     Thanks again Tim. Enjoyed this class, although will have to work on my knitting! 45-60 mins is wonderful... but I like to squeeze a class in before work so the 30 is perfect for that!
