Been watching for around 2 years now and love the content, enthusiasm, positive mindset. Good luck to all involved here, wish you all prosperous futures. With the deal packaging though I looked into this so much and its a great way to make money, but you have to be regulated and it can cost you with quite a few hoops to jump, so be mindful of this, hopefully Samuel will do a newer video on deal sourcing with regards to legislation etc as I found it very challenging and just don't have the funds in place at the moment to embark on my property venture. Even more annoying, my property is listed at 250k with 2x offers in place yet the bank will not allow me to port my mortgage (to reduce it) nor can I refinance due to 'affordability' which is a joke. Currently I have 125k equity and I can not do anything with it even though after studying property etc was my main reason of buying this property to live in, refurb and list. (4 year project to get us started whilst giving my family a roof over their heads) it hasn't happened. So deal sourcing requires being regulated, and refinance deeply depends on the affordability. Cant even get a simple buy to let due to this also, I strive to succeed by doing other things online at mo to eventually get into a position where I will never need the greedy banks again. Once my journey starts I will be documenting it all to hopefully share a regular family man trying to get in to the game and eventually succeeding to be financially free from the grind of 9-5 crap. Keep up the good stuff Samuel, and I wish everyone success, happiness and good health in their journey. 🙂

What’s a deal
The business model for investing in property went a long time ago with the inability the leverage debt effectively at a reasonable level. And the government have made the market so hostile that those who have the capital to not be exposed to crazy intrest rates and ridiculous house prices, even they are getting out in record numbers and putting their money in other assets. And whilst things are pretty awful now they are certainly not going to get any better under a labour government who could bring in awful laws to cap rents, make it even harder to evict nightmare tenants, or even things as extreme as a right to buy for you tenant to purchase the property off you at a huge under market valuation. The potential increases in capital gains tax to rob you of 40% of any money you make.
You gotta adapt with the times 100%

Hi Sam you seem to be selling a dream but the people who your trying to sell it to are desperate and looking to make easy money the one thing in life I have learned that property you need to be driven and work harder than most other people. All the people who I have seen in this video are dreaming and the only person making money out of the course is you.if they had any talent in property you wouldn't need to go on this course. I'm not saying that you don't no your market but the course you are giving is more about becoming a salesman not about being a property developer.but you are good at giving people confidence but you need a lot more than that to be a property developer John.
This course isn’t about becoming a property developer, it’s about becoming a deal closer, and my students are getting phenomenal results. They are also getting outstanding results in property investment and development too from other courses, all well documented on Winners on a Wednesday ❤
@@SamuelLeeds thanks for your reply are you trying to train real estate agents or property brokers? if so they are not puting any fiscal work into flipping property etc (not saying sometimes you can't make easy money but it doesn't happen very often) I bo look at your video's and do agree with some of the time . but this video reminds me of the American life coaching which is selling a unrealistic dream . thanks John.

Most people in the room don't have talent in property when they get started... So we're paying somebody who does, to teach us what he knows, so we can do what he does and become financially free🎉

It’s easy to make money in property when the market is rising and getting propped up by government policies, it will be interesting to see how easy this will be over the next few years.
Also they are making properties where desperate people will live like HMO’s absolutely miserable for the people living there greedy people no social conscience making money off desperate people
Guess what everyone politician had their fingers in property there will always be grey areas and loop holes to make money in property.
Samuel how much is your course I was told 3,000 pounds but their varieties of course to choose which should you recommend I pick as a beginner?with no money?

I understand you bought your house but on previous courses you were adamant that buying a house was the worst thing you could do ? What made you stop renting which you highly recommended ?

@SamuelLeeds yep this is true, I went to this course earlier this year and I sold 2 deals, as with anything in life if you don't take action you won't get results.

It’s the job that made her sick. Working with young people she can’t ever help for £2000/pcm. Any sick pay is calculated in, if you work for a public service.
